Did anyone notice coming in to turn 3 at Williams Grove the track seemed to have a divot or break in it, making the cars bounce around much more then any other turn? I wasn't there Friday so I don't know what the conditions were like but to me It seemed to throw the driving off a bit. Any comments?

This dip is common. There are two lines to run it that you can get around it, but I've been going to Williams Grove for years and that divot is always there. It just so happened that in time trials that was the fastest line.

it must be common thing for tracks when drivers "set" the car for the turn maybe? "any drivers chiming in here would be beneficial. tulare, chico, pletaluma, skagit, have the same issue. the "dip" at tulare wads up a lot of cars if your line is off going into turn one!
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..
Life is good...

Yea I noticed it was more pronouced this year then in the past. I was sittin in the backstretch and wondered how the cars could stay in one piece after hittin that rut at a 130mph. Guys like little wildchild and a few others had their handsfull. Then I would watch a few others (Gravel Pittman) just drive over it smooth. Very intersting.
