SPRINT CAR BANDITS and NCRA to Join Forces for 2017 Season

MESQUITE, TX (2/22/17) by DarinShort.com. After a successful inaugural season for the Sprint Car Bandits (SCB) Series, the series is now joining forces with the National Championship Racing Association (NCRA) for the upcoming season.

The primary reason for this alignment is to help each series expand their footprint from a marketing and advertising standpoint.

There are also several independent 360CI Sprint Car series that are in the process of announcing their alliance as well.

From a driver's standpoint, there are no rules changes that are a part of this announcement. Each group will retain the ability to control their own rules.

With this initial announcement, we wanted to give the race teams a heads-up of this exciting news, and there will be a number of future press releases containing more specific information.

Please click www.SprintCarBandits.com and www.raceNCRA.com for more information, and be watching for follow-up announcements from other 360CI groups soon.

GLSS Aligns With National Championship Racing Association

MERRILL, MI (2/26/17) With a desire to help local racers and not wanting to get complacent after a successful inaugural season, Great Lakes Super Sprints (GLSS) is excited to announce joining forces with the National Championship Racing Association (NCRA) for the 2017 season!

On the local level, GLSS and the K&N Concrete’s NRA Sprint Invaders have partnered up, dove tailing their schedules together, streamlining the rules package, race procedures and payouts for our drivers, making it easier to run co-sanctioned shows and individual shows. Which will give fans in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Canada more opportunities to enjoy 360ci winged sprint car racing.

With this type of local partnership in mind, GLSS owner Barry Marlow has had his eye on giving our drivers and teams more national recognition, while helping with sponsors, endorsements and bigger purses.

For the past 6 months, the owner of Sprint Car Bandits (SCB) Steve Lang from Mesquite, TX, and Marlow have spent hours on the phone working on putting together a national alliance for our local and regional sprint series such as ourselves.

One of the key ingredients that we wanted in our national alliance was that each local and regional series that joins would still operate under their own rules and procedures. But by joining together we could provide mutual support and greater opportunities for our local teams.

Lang and Marlow reached out to many of the other independent 360ci sprint groups around the country and received a great deal of interest and excitement in this concept. Several of these groups are in the process of announcing their alliance as well with the NCRA.

The NCRA was founded in 1971 and has been a sanctioning body for the past 46 years. The alliance with NCRA and other Independent 360ci Winged Sprint series around the country will provide a bigger footprint from a marketing and advertising standpoint.

There have been many synergies that have been discussed and there will be much more information and news shared in the near future as our alliance spreads across the country.

For more information, go to www.greatlakessupersprints.com and www.raceNCRA.com . Be sure to stay tuned for follow up press releases from other 360ci groups as well.

For additional information go to www.SprintCarBandits.com and www.nrainvaders.com .

UMSS WING PROGRAM AND NCRA JOIN FORCES FOR 2017

3/2/2017
UMSS WING PROGRAM AND NCRA JOIN FORCES FOR 2017

Going into their ninth season, the Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series (UMSS) wing program will be joining forces with the National Championship Racing Association (NCRA) for the 2017 season.

There are many independent winged sprint car series around the country and the primary reason for this alignment is to help each series expand their footprint from a marketing and advertising standpoint. There are other series that will be announcing their alliance with the NCRA in the coming days.

From a driver's standpoint, there are no rules changes that are a part of this announcement. Each group will retain the ability to control their own rules and procedures.

“Most of the independent winged sprint car groups around the country do not have the numbers to attract a prominent sponsor to their series. It is our hope that by organizing most, if not all, of the series around the country, we will have the ability to find a high profile partner that will benefit all series,” stated Ron Bernhagen of the UMSS. “In addition, this alliance will allow all series to utilize rules that best fit their area which is very important to the UMSS as we are close to announcing our 2018 wing rules which will be more sustainable to our teams,” continued Bernhagen.

With this initial announcement, we wanted to give the race teams a heads-up regarding this exciting news. Look for a number of future press releases containing more specific information.

Please click www.umsprints.com and www.raceNCRA.com for more information about the UMSS or the NCRA and be watching for follow-up announcements from other winged sprint car groups soon.
