I can see the f/b page but no web site. Civil war is on RacePMG but no KOTW. Are we going to have a traveling 410 series this year in Cailf.?

Facebook and twitter seem fairly active, including a schedule released less than a week ago. Might have something to do with a reformed NARC being involved?

Yes, there will be a race series, NARC and KWS have been linked and from my understanding, will change from current format of promoter to that of previous NARC format during the coarse of the season. So next year, there should be a NARC series in effect, but we still have KWS/NARC for 2017. Schedule can be found on facebook with a simple search.
