Haha ok but only because you love the attention since you probably don't get any of it at home. And don't worry you are not a waste of time at all since I work 40+ hours a week I have learned to multi-task. So I can clean my house while my son naps & wife gets caught up on her shows, and talk to you all I want especially since you love the attention. Thanks for the compliment by the way for calling me a boy, I thought at the age of 31, almost 32, I was losing touch with my youth.

And don't you worry, you go on ahead and start as many threads as you want about Sheldon Haudenschild. I could careless as I said I do not care if he wins or wrecks. And trust me, no one on here needs to prove how much better or smarter they are than you since you are doing a great job of proving that yourself. Until your next post.....tootles.

Sheldon is exciting to watch and certainly does have some talent. I will say though that watching him here in Ohio he did tear up some stuff and make mistakes at time. He makes mistakes further and fewer between as he's grown so his talent has started to come to more fruition recently.

You all remember that kid in high school that made you think to yourself.... "Wow, he is so stupid. How is he going to survive in the real world on his own?" Well now you're 5, 10, 20 years out of high school and you see that same person posting on social media like an asshole without punctuation or logical thought and it just makes you giggle (almost with sympathy). Sheldon in 6 WoO races: 2 wins, 4 top 5s, 5 top 10s, 2nd in points. Did he screw up and hit lap traffic Friday? Yes. Tulare is also one of the most challenging tracks on the tour. So to sit here as a grown man and say the things you are saying about a young driver in his 2nd year on tour is incredibly dumb. I'm annoyed with myself for even spending 5 minutes of my time typing this reply. But while were at it let's go back to your initial post from a few weeks ago... it stated he simply doesn't belong on the WoO tour. Hes already proven to you to be wrong. Hes done better than 95% of drivers to take the green flag in a WoO event in 2018, but somehow you are trying to justify that he doesn't belong because he tore up a single front end in his 9th start with the team.

The grasping at civility if anyone meet them in real life is pretty halrious.

Sheldon has been racing a 410 sprint car longer then two years

Please leave Ohio. We don't want you here. You aren't welcome here. As someone posted previously, no on here is telling you who you can't like or dislike. But, its obvious you don't care for anyone named Haudenschild. What I fail to understand is why. You said you go to Eldora and the Kings Royal. Have you heard the crowd go nuts every time Jac or Sheldon's name is said? Sure, they have crashed race cars. Show me one race car driver who hasn't. But jesus dude you need to back off from the forum after having too many Natty Nights. But, I'm sure after reading this you will fire back with some cuss word filled rant about how you can have your own opinion. Which is true, go ahead. No one will care about you anyway. 

Good lord guys. this is a bit ridiculous. Everyone who is fast, starts out by crashing a lot of stuff. Sheldon is coming out of his crashing phase like all the greats had done. It is not something that "Only lasts a year." The greatest sprint car driver in the world right now, had a solid 5-6 years of crashing everything that was ever delivered to his shop before he became good. He is still young, and he will learn, Contrary to what you may say, if he runs stenhouse out of money, another team will pick him up at this point. If Stenhouse runs out of money, thats on Ricky not Sheldon, If you are going to run the tour, you need to budget for crashes and mishaps. If not, you as a team are unprepared.

Anyone who has ever paid more attention to the actual workings of a car, rather than just what color and number the car is, knows that something was broken. Likely a ladder, hell the thing had the LR tire off the ground going into turn 1 the lap before. Something was wrong, and I will be the first one to say that had it been me out there in my car, I would have pulled in, but when you are racing for a paycheck, you need to try. Hell, for a paycheck I would rather gamble on a couple hundred dollar hit on may paycheck for wrestling a damaged car around and losing a few spots, than give up all together and loose a couple grand off the bat. Its like gambling, gotta risk it to get the biscut. You dont win big money playing blackjack by betting the minimum.

I respect your Opinion Dirtlover, I really do, but it is hard for a lot of people to not react to what you are saying. You sound exactly like a bible thumper that is trying to convince an Atheist that he is wrong because he doesn't believe in god. We have an opinion too, and we have just as much right to spout it as anyone else does on this board, so you cant get butthurt because you don't agree with what we have to say, just as you don't want us to as well. No, we are not wrong in our minds about Sheldon, and you are not wrong in your mind about Sheldon, sounds like were all going to agree to disagree with you, whether you like it or not. It is a public forum, you bash and you get bashed, thats part of life, but when you throw it out there, you can't expaect to not take a hit or two back.

If you think Sheldon doesnt deserve to be on tour because he crashes, name me one driver who did not go through a rookie crashing spell. If that is the gauge on who you will put in your car, you might as well put a 7000 chip in the engine so it doesnt blow up either, and put Robert Bell in the car. I haven't seen that man crash one time other than due to a parts failure. You wouldnt crash, but you wouldn't go bankrupt and would be on the outlaw tour. Car owners do not really care about crashing much, hell, when I first started racing, my own father told me if the track is around the top, don't worry about hitting it, worry about how far you are going to fly after you hit it, and make it spectacular.

Screw the end of the season, how about we come back in the amount of time it took Schatz to really get good on the tour. 2022 lets say? Thats about when we will really have a good gauge on where Sheldons career is going.

I have no idea what you are even trying to say. But I'm aware Sheldon has raced 410s more than two years. You are showing how ignorant you really are because thats not what I initially said at all. I said in his "2nd year on tour," meaning running with the WoO tour.

My 1 cent on the matter.  Jac was/is exciting to watch but Ive never seen him on the best ever lists.  Why?  Because he (while exciting) tears stuff up...even later in his career.  Sheldon has torn up some cars but so has everyone else.  The one that comes to mind was last year(not sure where, PA tho) Sheldon was leading and Donny was stalking him and Sheldon crashed.  He was driving pretty hard, but to stay ahead of Schatz.  From what Ive seen Sheldon is already able to be smoother than his dad.  He can back off and I think he will be a very good driver.  But it does seem people are wanting someone to challenge Schatz.  Everyone thought it would be Gravel,  now it seems to be Sheldon.

I'm not partial to lists......everybody has one of their own. But I will say that Jac should be considered one of the very best.....wing and non-wing. His total number of wins, and the big wins he's had in his career are proof of that. Granted, he doesn't have a Knoxville National win, or a WoO title, but who does? What I'm saying there, is this........since 1977, (41 years) 34 of the Knoxville Nationals have been won by five drivers......Wolfgang, S Kinser, M Kinser, Lasoki and Schatz. Not much room for anyone else. After those five in that time span there is Dave Blaney, Shuman, Sammy, Bobby Allen, Kraig Kinser, Shaffer and Johnson each with one. Of those seven, imo, at least three maybe four of those were flukes. Jac does have three Kings Royal wins, which is second only to Kinser, and that is a big deal. Jac also won the Historical Big One and the MOPAR Million. As for WoO titles.....pure domination there also, by just a small handful of drivers. So who else isn't on THAT list! And yet through all those years and that competiton, quite arguably the best there has ever been, Jac has had a successful career of forty years in a sprint car. Put him on my list!
