Bud Kaeding and Damion Garnder (CA boys) learned their trade with the wings on, Mr. Gates. They never did much with the winged boys but have done very well with the slow stuff, I rest my case. Take It Easy....

Hmmmmmm, didn't Bud fill in for pops last year and smoke the field in his first winged drive in eons?

I think it was Ron Shuman a few years back talking about the "safety factor" of a winged car......"You're going 20mph faster when you crash, & usually the first thing to fall off was the top wing". Granted that isn't true in every instance, but food for thought!

Bud ran a few winged races last year out in Cali. and he did pretty good. Had a great run at the Gold Cup finishing 6th. He skipped the Bowl this year because he's racing downunder.

MSPN: One guy I would like to see put a wing on again just one more time is Clayton. It might surprise you what he could do if he would settle down and not try to drive it wide open all the time.

Hawker the winged race that Bud won last year was a last lap, last corner, mis-guided slide-job across the front-end of Jason Statler who did everything possible to end up not being towed back to the pits. Dats the facts.

It wasn't too misguided if he won the race!
