Regardless how you feel about a driver what did you accomplish ? I guess if we were to rate you, you would be a field filler.

How many of us didn't know this was coming from you!? It's obvious to those who know what they are watching that something had let go on the car.....or was damaged....it's obvious coming down the front stretch in to turn one the lap before he gets into the wall coming out of four. The car pitched and lurched toward the turn one wall befor he gathered it back up, but it was obvious that the handling was bad befor he lost it.  JG stated it was damaged by contact with a lapped car.....so be it. He still had a hell of a run and was the class of the field......your close to that yourself, except for a "C"......you're the ass of the field!

I assume dirtlover is an adult or at least of an age most consider to be adult. I know Sheldon is a young man. Kind of creepy that an older person would put hahaha in a statement about a young mans trouble, loss, expense and danger to life.

Just sayin'.

Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

no doubt from the video that car had a broken ladder, bar, or RR shock for at least a lap.

Broken, after he made contact with a lapped car all on his own, two laps before.

Dirlover is taking this this a little to far, but I guess people should  expect it when they were quick to point out how great little haud was doing after 5 races.

Only in response to how one person in particular was quick to point out (spout off) how he isn't outlaw callibur, which he's absolutely wrong about.

Kid also set a NTR, so if say he's still off to a pretty good start.

He posted his opinion, one I do not share with him. But I feel it would be better to folllow up after the year, not to try to prove a point at the beginning of March. There is a lot of season to go.

i don’t think you can definitively state he is top Outlaw caliber (correct spelling) in such a short sampling, but that is your opinion. I’ll base my opinion when we have more facts. But I will say this, he is definitely better than Sid Blanford who also won WoO Rookie of the Year.

Funny stuff!!!  He's gonna bankrupt Stenhouse by tearing up the front suspension!!! HAHAHAHAHA!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Stenhouse is absolutely tickled to have Sheldon in his car this year with the way things have started.  Fastest car last night again.  I missed the footage of him and Gravel getting together, so not sure who was to blame.  I wll say however, the lap traffic was not very friendly at all to the leaders last night.

"Top Outlaw calibur" is your words, not mine, you might wanna re-read what I posted. No need to change the narrative. Dirtlovers obviously jaded opinion is that he isn't of Outlaw caliber, which after 2 wins and close races for other 3 wins, other posters are happy to point out how wrong his opinion is, rightfully so. You can judge all you want if he's top outlaw caliber by the end of the season. I don't think any of the other posters are making that claim, at least not now.

Sid Blanford? Lol, he was lucky to finish top 10, Sheldon had chances to win races last season. Nice try though.

That's the fun part about being a spectator.  As long as he entertains me until he wins it or bends it, doesn't get hurt and the car owner pays for the pieces why the hell should I care?  I'm trying to think of any Outlaw teams that don't carry a spare car in case they wad one up and I'm not having much luck.  Maybe you could help fill in the blanks.  Meanwhile I'll sit back not giving a damn who wads up their cars and enjoy the rest of my weekend.  ;)

I wonder why dirtlover has such an intense hatred of Little Haud?

These guys are risking their lives for our entertainment....

I just stumbled across the video from last night.  Never been to a race out west but that track looked to be rough all the way around with cars bucking and bouncing.  The 17 had some trouble prior to hitting the wall and it looked like the handling went away.  It's easy to rag on them from the stands but could have been a bent/broken part, a bad bleeder, tire going down or a lot of things.  Looked like he was doing well up until a lap or two before he tagged the wall.  Hardly a firing offense and he didn't do a lot of damage to the car.  Looking at the video I think a lot of drivers not used to a cowboy track like that would kiss the wall.

Probably goes back to a missed autograph or his favorite driver didn't get the ride.  Some people take this stuff personally and get pretty worked up about things.  Hell, if I was like that I'd have keeled over from a heart attack 40 years ago.  I go to races to have a good time and relax out in the fresh air on a nice summer day and see old friends.  If a good race happens to break out it's a bonus.  ;)

Hey num nuts.  Fans want to watch exciting drivers.  Little Haud is exciting.  Team owners want a driver that can win races.  Little Haud has done that.  There was damage on his car, but it was not destroyed and they probably fixed it in not so much time.  You have not got a clue what sprint car racing is about, so go back to your video games.
