See alot of big names entered in Cal. this Friday for the Peter Murphy Race Rueitzel and Macedo in interesting cars could be a preview of next year.
So far IB RACING has three drivers looking for a ride surely that list will grow.

Will not be the first time in these cars for both of them ...Carson in the 21Tarlton car is the car he ran before moving to the midwest to run with the all stars also it has always been top notch equipment for yrs also family and sponsor on the 2....Ruetzel in the 83jr is not the outlaw car but the calf car and he has drove it before and won in it ...

Lost in all the Larson hullabaloo were two announcements.... Ian Madsen to the McGhee 11 for the All Star tour, and Gio Scelzi to run the KCP 18 full time next year.

Interesting info, the Mcghee family knows how to make a car go fast, having a seasoned driver should be a plus for them. In Pa, I see Bill Balog is in the Mark Coldren 07 waaaaas up wit dat, is G mac out and Bill will be posse now?
Not a hi jack but did anyone get a chance to read Doug Gore's article in the new SC&M about silly season. Intersesting point of view without goofy rumors.

Not a ride change, but an engine change. Carson McCarl racing for the 410 Knoxville Weekly Championship in 2021.

Big seat to fill in the 87 if they did want to put a driver in it, but they won't. The 87 doesn't belong to the Baughman's, Reutzel brought the 87 to the team along with some good sponsors to help the whole BRM get off the ground. So if he does in fact part ways with BRM, his sponsor money he brought with him to the team will walk right out of the shop with him, leaving the Baughman's short on cash.

It would be cool if that team ran a Midwest-type schedule with Baughman and another driver. I feel like the Knoxville weekly regulars are at an all-time low for quality right now and another top team running a Knoxville/Husets schedule would be good.

a number means nothing. Sure it won't be the #87 but it could be As far as sponsor money please fill us in on that. Only person that followed him there with anything was Folkins with motors. as far I ever heard. But would love to know about all the others.

Gravel's price he's looking for is something very few teams would agree upon.

You're right, any swinging dick could run an 87, but it won't be that 87 and it won't be with the Folkens motors. The last time I checked, buying enough motors for a full season of points racing and getting them refreshed throughout that season is the single largest investment.
As far as the other partners, it's not hard to see that Reutzel brought everyone with him except Hollywood Blasting and the Fischers. The others ran with him when he had his own team before BRM, so he did in fact bring more than just the Folkens.
Again, like I said before, if, Reutzel does leave the team, he takes with him what he brought. So if, BRM does dissolve and they all go their separate ways, it's my guess the Baughmans fill one seat and that's the 17.

I said at the beginning of this thread when a few of the HH brain trust were talking shit to Sprinter, that he in fact knew what he was talking about. There's no doubt Sprinter has some good intel. I still say he was spot on with two out of the three moves he said he heard might happen. I can admit this even though he was coming at me about my 87 comment lol !
I love the silly season ! Gives us all some entertainment and this silly season is the best we've had in years !!
