Also if I remember correctly, when the change was made to make the KR a three day event, he added $100,000.00 to the overall purse.

Sounds like this is gonna be one hellacious show. Hopefully the weather is good and they pack the place and make it an annual event.

I think it's anybodys race to win because the track returned to dirt only last year, and they only ran a handful of winged 410 races there last year, so no one has had a lot of track time.
I can't go, but I did go to the "24 Hours of Mansfield" last August. It is a great facility and the racing was great - even at 3am!
I too hope this race is a success for everyone involved. If you are going, have fun!

Of those I've seen pre-entered I like Kerry Madsen.

Bingo, him and Brian Brown are my current favorites. Jac Haud ran really well the first time last year as well. So I guess thats my podium prediction. Would love to see Jac win in front of the Ohio crowd. The place would go absolutely nuts.

Given his recent run of wins in big money events I would say Lance Dewease is the favorite.
As a midwesterner I would like to see Terry McCarl or Bill Balog win it.

So the SCWC twitter page posted today that Tim Shaffer was registered, which was also retweeted by DR racing.
Edit: Tim himself has no said they will be there, and not at the outlaw show

I'm not new to forums, but I ownly posted a couple times here and I can't post a simple copy & paste link here to it... It's saying it doesn't support my browser... I'm using google chrome for Christ sakes...
