I always like talk to Dollansky. You might have to wait in line for awhile but he is always nice and will talk.

He always makes a point of learning your name too, I also like Wayne Johnson and Justin Henderson. TBJ, Travis Rilat and Cody Darrah also seemed friendly when I talked to them.

Danny Lasoski......ive met him heaps of times in Australia and never had a problem and also Garry Brazier who has plenty of time for his fans.

Proud fan of Gary "Australia #1" Brazier and Danny "The

I absolutely agree with Kenny Jacobs and would add Dean as well. They came over one Nationals in the mid 90's and asked if they could watch a feature from the back of our truck. Just very nice guys and great to talk to.

Also had a great experience with Jack Hewitt at a USAC race in Knoxville about 99 or 2000. My son was a 5-6 year old go-kart racer and Jack called him over and talked to him and had him sit in his 2 seater and signed his kart side panel. I've always heard stories about Jacks wild times but for a tough guy he is the best when kids are around.

Many great regulars in Knoxville also: Don Droud, Skip Jackson, the Heskins. Miss Calvin Landis around, very nice guy also.

Tony Elliott is one down home good guy. A few years after he won the Western World at Manzy, he sat up top with our group a couple of times for the Western when he wasn't entered, and he was just like any other die hard fan. He even started little small time betting pools, where almost everyone won...We had a blast!

Heck, I could only get in trouble mentioning names but some that I have not seen on here that deserve it are Randy Martin, Curt Michael, Brian Tyler, Brett Mann and Max Dumesny.

Having been fortunate enough to meet and know a few hundred drivers over the years while working in the sport it would be a far shorter list if you were to headline it, 'mean' guys or to that effect. Sprint Car Drivers by and large may be the nicest single working group of people I have ever met in my 60+ years on this planet.....

For everyone who likes a guy, there is a line of people who don't for many reasons.

Jim, I disagree totally with ya' on that one, maybe the first time EVER, lol. The line is likely VERY short in many cases and when you throw out jealousy (there are many types of that word) the reasons drop considerably also, you know this, really.....

I thought I was gona make it through this thread without seeing Justin Henderson's name. Glad a couple people said his name.

Justin was always nice to me and my dad. My uncle used to sponsor him back in the day when he drove his dad's 83 car. I hadn't seen him for about five years but ran into him in Knoxville when he was driving the R19. He talked to me like we were old buddies. He even remembered my name and my dad's name. He's a pretty cool guy and if you ever get the chance say hi in the pits.

Northway was pretty nice to me. He could still smile and tell jokes between races
