TK is one of the top six drivers out there .If you want to win as Mr.Roth does a good choice.What he does after the race is his business.People buy tickets to watch the race nothing more.Weed will become legal in more states every year.

I sat on this information for awhile! Very happy they finally announced it! TK n 83jr will win a few WOO races and remind everyone how good he is!!

I find it interesting that the "free thinking" crowd was so beligerant and critical when an owner exercised their soleful right and discretion to not employ a driver. It seems the same group now enthusiastically supports the very same right of the owner to employ whomever he damn well pleases. Talk about hypocracy. Why wasn't support of the owner and that right extended initially? Apparently "free thinking" is tollerated only if you agree with their position(s).

Hirst will be in the 35 car. The 83jr will not run the entire KWS schedule. When TK is in the 83jr car he will be a rocket ship! TK all the way!!

Let me first agree with you on 1point. Yes TK is a very good driver but that's about all I agree with
" but to say what you do after the races is your own choice" can and defiantly has an impact
if you were a Team Onwer or even a business owner. You have liabiilities When you decided to use illegal drugs yes Illegal
see this is where people crack me up. Everything starts somewhere and there are people'Who choose to try and use drugs. That's a major issue in this country. Ok I am getting off course here
he was caught with illegal manufactured mary Jane , not leaves or buds. So when its synthetic it carries a harsher penalty
2nd when you as a team/business owner have to go to border patrols etc. there are trained animals, dogs that can smell things that us humans can not. So when these dogs alert the officers that something is suspicious you as a Team owner hauler race car and team ALL GET PULLED OVER" so when you say a driver can do whatever he wants after the races this is how and what impacts a lot of lives.
tim was honorable enough to admit that it was his. If he did not that whole truck, hauler, race car & contents and all team members would have been confiscated and Members would probably be arrested. So when you own a team and your driver decides to have manufactured drugs in your hauler that's not a good scenario. So you as a team owner get a phone call from border patrol or the crew chief or driver of the rig ... It's not a good situation.
I commend Mr. And Mrs. Roth for their actions in having to terminate Tim. Insurance companies do not take that stuff lightly and you shouldn't either. Maybe this is why the Roths and their entire family are millionaires by practiici great business.
i am sure it was a hard decision knowing the caliber of a driver that they had and had to make the right choice and not the selfish choice of just wanting to win race. Hopefully Tims experience open eyes to others who may fall into this category . It's much easy to find a driver than it is a Crew Chief or Team. So before you decide To Just have Mary Jane Think about it!

So, at the end of the day... we are not judge, jury nor executioner...you love him, you hate him.. You support him.. You don't support him.. You all like to find the bad on a situation but never the good.. It's not my story to tell but, I'll tell you... You've all gotten it wrong..

What is wrong! Getting pulled over with illegal substances or he didn't get pulled over and left at the border?
My apologies if I came across judging tim. Not my intention. I actually like Tim. He's a cool guy
But I am telling you what has been told to me personally by individual that were there with him.
So if you think I am wrong please tell me what information is not correct?
