Rico is a really nice person and a fan favorite. Which is exactly why the HL marketing team has been using him to funnel "neutral" posts regarding the HL series after their initial "us vs them" campaign wasn't working.
If you think he cares about you or your best interests as a fan just because he's a nice guy, you're naive.
