It's all about getting into the dash. I think the 69k will have some good competiton from the 87.

Aaaaand I'm a jackass, because there is no dash in the Tuscarora 50 format. If there are 47 or fewer cars the format looks like this; Two groups for qualifying. The top 8 from each group will be inverted for 10 lap heats (Fast timer from group A starts 4th in heat 1 and fast timer for group B starts 4th in heat 3). Then it looks like your top four for the A main will line up in the following way; winner of heat 2 (P1), winner of heat 4 (p2), winner of heat 1 (P3), and winner of heat 3 (P4).
If there are 48 or more cars the format looks like this; Two groups for qualifying. The top 12 from each group will be inverted for 8 lap heats (Fast timer from group A starts 4th in heat 1 and fast timer for group B starts 4th in heat 4). Then the top six for the A main will line up in the following way; winner of heat 3 (P1), winner of heat 6 (p2), winner of heat 2 (P3), and winner of heat 5 (P4), winner of heat 1 (P5), and winner of heat 4 (P6).
Did they run it like this last year? If they did, somehow I have completely blocked it out of my memory.

All these different formats are too confusing to remember. I was there last year too & have NO CLUE what the format was....

Yeah, but you're a lot older than I am, so you have a built in excuse. Hahaha.

Gio Scelzi in the Indy Race Parts #71 for the PA month of money. Excited to see this kid race. He's a gasser. Glad to see he'll be in the seat.

How about Justin Henderson? Just announced he will be back in PA for a handful of races in the #35 that Tyler Walker ran last season.

Now they have a good driver again...unlike last year!
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

Looks like they ran the traditional All-Star format for the 50 last year. This new format seems like a pretty interesting wrinkle.

On Port's FB it says the format for Saturday would be the same as 2017 so though I don't remember, they must have run it last year too.

Using All Star Format on Friday.
Saturday format for more than 48 cars:
Field cut in half (group A & B).
Group A is heats 1~3 invert of 4 top 3 transfer
Group B is heats 4~6 invert of 4 top 3 transfer
Quickest non transfers from each group locked into the A main and will start 19 and 20th
Non transfer line-up the B and C by heat finish.

Any updates on Swindells car thought he might give the Law Firm a shot.
Henderson in the 35 hope they got new stuff it was junk last year when T dub got done with it.
Saw Jac raced last Sunday any chance he comes back to Pa.?

Kevin isn't giving anyone a shot who isn't paying for it. Not saying there is anything wrong with that, just that he isn't hiring someone to put in the seat as much as someone is paying him for seat time. PPM would have the funds to do so, but the call would be PPM > Kevin, not vice versa.
