Its all good bud, I can't agree with you more, its all in fun.

I wasn't aware WoO have to approve a new engine program to run their series.

Very progressive of you. Most people that don't have to pay the bills don't mind spending other peoples money. Not a big fan of cubic dollars, but the cars really need to be unhooked. Sprints might end up like the the drag racing scene that went from a quarter mile to 1000 ft. because the cars were going to fast for the facilities. People already say the cars are getting to fast and expensive and we are losing some teams due to expense .

Your last statement is very true, but people were also saying that very true statement 30 years ago!

My question is ? Who gets the Toyota racing development  sponsorship ? Someone is. They dump a lot of funds into dirt racing.

I thought it would be someone that has ties with Chris Bell. Sprinter said his guess is Reutzel. So if that's the case, Ryder is building the motors for Reutzel and that's where some of the sponsorship monies will go. And if Reutzel does go with Roth, which very well may be just that, the sponsorship monies should follow. Just a guess.

Keith Kunz not only has midgets but also a sprint car or two, he also is heavily involved with Toyota and their driver deveolpment program.  I'm not sure what engine is powering his sprinter but maybe they could be an R&D team? I haven't seen a press release about the WoO allowing toyotas but I honestly didn't look maybe tenter knows when the news was released

I don't think Kunz has any interest in winged racing.

He must have some interest, his #67 winged car won ealier this year with Kofoid driving. As I mentioned earlier I don't  know what engine powered it.

Be careful with those pain killers! I'm sure you know they're addictive (& make you constipated!) Try Ibuprofen instead

I had both knees replaced 6 yrs. ago, got off opiates in about 2 weeks... ibuprofen!

I don't dig opiates,I would really have to be busted up before I would use them.  Best freind died from that shit 17 years ago. I don't even like ibuprofen but I'm using some now. Mother Nature can supply relief to inflamation and pain as well as other ailments. Back to the shop tomorrow.

Right. I got tired of the side effects & decided, "Lets see how bad this really hurts". I was fine with ibuprofen, after having both knees replaced the same day. Opiates didn't really even kill the pain without Ibuprofen... they just make you not care

Glad I had them the first few days, tho...

So nobody better call me a "kitten"! The "other word" was deleted, thankfully

Keith has has a winged 410 for several years.   He doesn't bring it out very often as he is normally chasing USAC and POWRi midgets.   On one hand it would make sense for him to be the launching point for Toyota in 410 racing, but he is having so much success (on the track and off) with his midget program that it would be hard to walk away from.

Also,  I have never read the WOO rule book, but it would seem that it would call at specs and not manufactuers.   Espcially, since none of the 410 alumimum blocks called Chevy's are made by Chevy.

TSR issue was cam location in the new ford. Wonce they got that approved things progressed. They had done a lot of bench work on the heads at shavers. Flow and valve angles. DS has made the comment that there getting closer. A lot of development, time and testing has gone into that new ford. Be curious to see now that they have a running product how much testing DS will be doing this off season.

Bell is not starting a team at the current moment.  He is being smart and making sure his Cup career is on pace first.   As far as who gets the money and motors.  Reutzel was tanned by bell to get it. When and how who knows yet.  But I'm sure it follows him to the 83 for like 6 monthes until Roth gets tired of him spinning out over and over again.   Rider has built 3 and another builder has built some for someone else.

I know Bell was apart of the TRD program for Sprints, I just thought it would be with his own team and car. So are you saying that Bell is going to start a whole seperate team from his ?

From what I was told it's going to be a WoO team. So I'm guessing it will be separate from his own.

Engines are almost done.

my guess is mid 2021 if at all

my guess is open next season, outlaws 2022

they are stupid fast in every other form of racing, so why not.

my guess Aaron Ruetzel.

I doubt the engines are almost done as they just got blocks and heads about five weeks ago.

Hoping to have on dyno by the end of the year.
