I love cheering on Bill trying to make these shows. Always fun to have an underdog running full time.

Is Bill Rose actually racing with the WoO? The stats page says he has entered 9 of 9 races. I didnt see his name Sat night in the twitter posts.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

If you love what you do you will never work a day in your life.To get even a top 10 w/WOO is tough and $800/1000 show up money wont keep you on the road.I assume that the money earned each night would be in addition. I saw and old ESPN broadcast and Rose was starting toward the front. Sammy Jac and Danny Smith still keep going and still must enjoy it. Better to be a has been than never been.

Bill's team announced in mid-January that Bill was going to have surgery to deal with an injury from 2020. Most likely still recovering from the surgery, and getting hardship points for every race like McFadden did while he was waiting for his child to be born in Australia.

So, you are saying the WoO gives out hardship points? I didn't know that and not sure what to think of it. I don't even like provisionals. Wonder when they'll incorperate nascar's lucky dog policy?

Its the same thing as show up points, technically you don't have to race every night as long as you shown up to the track. And who cares, Bill is still going to finish behind part time outlaws like Gio.

The WoO have done this for a very long time. The first time I heard of it was for Lasoski back when he was driving for TSR and got hurt.

Dang man, I didn't know that. I guess it must go back some time, I think I remember when Lasoski broke his shoulder and missed some time. I suppose it pays in more ways than one to be a WoO member. Maybe Jonny Gibson can give us some more info.

Does Bill Rose or Wayne Johnson have money to throw away..
|
How much money does Donny S. have left over when he flies a jet plane to a race that has fuel bill, upkeep and maintanece, hanger fees, landing fees? If he wins a $10,000 feature and is paid 40% ($4,000), what is left. The only way he can come out is with business tax deduction.. I do not know how he does it, but it is ok with me. With Bill Rose, he loves being part of the show. It is like a drug, but good for him.

Remember Danny Wood's nickname because of his age when he was the World of Outlaws rookie of the year? It was "The Flying Fossil".

Do any of you remember when shatz first started on tour ? He had family money behind him. He was out there living his dream. The jet, first isn't really anyone's business. He could be leasing it, the family business may own it, for what ever reason if there is more than a few days between outlaw shows he flies home. His motorcoach is always at the track even if he is flying in. As for Bill Rose and Wayne Johnson, there both living a dream and I for one am glad to see them out there doing it. It's highly unlikely that you'll see either of them parked in victory lane but who cares because they'll be at the next race and at this point that's what it's all about for them.
