I just rewatched the Kings Royal from last year, the top and bottom were equally as fast it seems. Depended on car set up I'd assume. If anything I'd say that the top was a bit faster. Will be a good show again this year I'd imagine!

You going this year?

Watch the highlights from 2015 too (where Schatz ran out of gas with about 4 to go).  Stewart came from deep in the field and the track was really fast with multiple grooves.  Ma Nature did help and/or hurt depending on your viewpoint.  This is the famous 4 hour rain delay race that ended in middle of the night/morning.  The speed the cars carried through the turns was crazy.

That was one of the best races I have seen. I'm a Shane Stewart fan and after the heats I remembered thinking so much for the guy I'm pulling for winning. Him and multiple drivers just dive bombing the corners and having it stick through the center of the corner. I think Jac even came up through deep in the b-main to transfer and finish in the top 10. I think even if Schatz didnt run out of gas that Stewart would have gotten around him or at least it would have been a hell of a finish. Rico also put on a show that night. It was a long night but was well worth the stay.

Going with Rico with the victory this year and my dark horse would be Shaffer.

Yep, first WoO show and first Eldora trip. I'm originally from northern Ohio ~30 minutes from Attica but didn't really start following more until last season. Just hit local shows at Attica every now and again.

Prediction time: I say Little Haud takes the crown this year! What say you?

My pick is Tim Shaffer.  BTW-Saldana is MIA for the Joker's Wild race tonight.

I'll take Gravel. Kid runs hard and is having his best year yet.

I've got a Kerry Madsen and the month of money feeling this year.

Looks like you may be on to something.

Indy Race Parts posted on twitter they're only running Friday Saturday. I've seen quite a few drivers/teams plan on just Friday Saturday so not too awful suprising.
