I have a Sammy Swindell Old Milwaukee #1 sideboard.
We were at Devil's Bowl tire testing for Goodyear and blew an engine. My dad and a crew guy (can't remember who) went back to the shop to get another engine. I had brought my 3 wheeler and me, Sammy, Clark Drake, and Dan Gentrup (my dad's partner in Wesmar now) were taking turns hot lapping around Devil's Bowl to see who could go the fastest. Dan went off the back stretch and crashed into one of Sammy's wings and damaged it. That is the wing panel I have had since 1984. Hahaha

I used to have a panel from the car I worked on in high school. It was Bill Glenn's 11G. Sadly I loand it out to the local indoor go kart track for a decoration. When he closed the business I never got it back. Really wish I knew where it ever got to. Building still there but all the stuff from the track days is gone.

I know someone who is selling a Jeff Gordon 23s, a Jack Hewitt/ Hampshire 63, before JW Hunt, with Summer Days Tanning Salon as the sponsor. He also has a Charlie Shwartz from the 1978 when he ran with the Outlaws. He has a guy coming to look at them on Thursday. He also has a Steve Kinser tailtank. I have 3 complete and autographed front wings all hanging in my home bar. Joey Saldana from one of the last races he ran for KK racing, Kyle Larson from a WoO race he won in Antioch in the 57 car and a mid eighties Tri C wing that was driven by Steve Kinser, also autographed by Karl Kinser when they both came out for a couple of one-off races here in California.
