Be cool if Justin Marks bought out KLR and put Shane Stewart back in.

Interesting thought. Kerry Madsen in the Baughman Motorsports car? Just an idea. No official info by any means
|
I thought the same thing. I'm guessing Kerry can find his way to their shop pretty easily, since it was the former home of the Keneric team on Hwy14.

That would make a lot of sense. They could run a Knoxville/Husets/Midwest WoO type schedule like Brown does and probably have a lot of success.

Brandon Rahmer to the Westbrook 1w for Williams Grove shows. Cool to see J. Westbrook still fielding a 410. And a good one at that. Lot of knowledge in that camp.

I wonder if Destiny Motorsports will continue to field a car? That might be another potential landing spot for Madsen.

Maybe he should, it might make him a better driver. Plus what he did 8 years ago doesn't necessarily apply to 2021.

Barring any big surprises, I think I can predict the 2021 WoO rookie of the year.

Reutzel leaving the team he is on now, would seem a little odd.
|

It's like 7 hours from home, probably doesn't make sense to go there weekly. He was there for the all star show this year

Back in the 80's and 90's many Knoxville regulars made the weekly trek to Husets. Heck, the Lasoski/Forbrook combo would get to Husets and change engines there to their "short track" 410. I think for Brown it's more the fact, and this isn't meant to be negative towards him, but big and fast tracks seem to fit his wheelhouse much better than the bullrings. I'm not a betting man, but I'm betting that if one checked his stats, they are by far better on half miles than small 3/8 tracks. JMO of course.

True Brown is better on the bigger tracks but he also has many more laps at those as well. Based on hislocation it wouldn't make any sense to tow all the way to Husets for a weekly show. Forbrook is located way closer and so are the majority of the Knoxville teams. I mean he probably has a 3-4 hour tow just to make Knoxville from home. I know he was there for the Allstads show but not sure for the outlaws. Surprised to see the 13 back with the all stars and in Charlotte was surprised as I thought they were looking for $ unless Peck brings some but glad for both.
