GREAT FIELD OF TEAMS ALREADY ENTERED FOR TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY USNDTC, SEPT. 11-12

With just a few days remaining of online registration, a fantastic field of race teams have already registered for the Texas Motor Speedway PORTACOOL™ U.S. National Dirt Track Championship (USNDTC)held at The Dirt Track. Racing will take place on Friday September 11th and Saturday September 12th.
The Lucas Oil ASCS Sprint Car Dirt Series teams do not have to register, yet a strong contingent of their teams have already purchased reserved pit spaces, so fans can expect another great field of Sprint Cars.
Early Limited Modified paid registrations, as of today, have swelled to 95 teams from throughout the region. That number is expected to rise further, between remaining online registrations and at-track arrivals on race night.
This is the first time that Factory Stocks have been a part of the USNDTC, and presently 65 teams from four states have paid for early entry to the event. Again, registration is still open, so that number will certainly rise between now and September 11th.
TMS officials are really excited to have the Factory Stocks join the event, as fans have been asking for a 'stock' class to race at TMS - and now they'll get to see them battle it out on the wide expanses of the 4/10 mile dirt oval.
For drivers that have yet to file their USNDTC registration, click www.darinshort.com/dtc.html between now and next Monday (September 7th) and you can take advantage of paying with your credit or debit card with no added convenience charge.
At-track registrations will be available for 'race week' pricing, which is the same as the registration website.
Race fans, don't forget, you can save $5 off Adult tickets prices to the September 12th finale by purchasing them at any DFW area O'Reilly Auto Parts locations.
