HIGH POWERED SPRINT CARS vs. the LONESTAR SPEEDWAY HIGH BANKS - THIS SAT. JUNE 27!

Kilgore TX (6/23/15) by
DarinShort.com. It's RACE WEEK and race fans have been waiting for the return of the ground-pounding Sprint Cars to LoneStar Speedway (LSS), which will take place this Saturday, June 27th; as the Southern Trailer Works ASCS Gulf South Region presented by Griffith Truck and Equipment teams tackle the high banks. A great competitor purse of $3,000 to win and $310 to start is ready to be doled out.

Fans can expect superb field of ASCS Sprint Car drivers, such as Channin Tankersley, Ray Allen Kulhanek, Tommy Bryant, Michael Lang, Travis Rilat, Kevin Ramey, Mark Huddleston, Greg Rilat, Tyson Hall, Michael McNeil, Caleb Martin, Zane Lawrence, Jacob Lucas, Larry Howery, John Pate, Mike Walling, Shawn Petersen, Harry Yerrington, Klint Angelette, Lane Whittington, Travis Elliott; plus a strong contingent of sprint teams from throughout the area.

But that's just part of the action at LoneStar on June 27th, as there will be a complete Championships Points racing program taking place for the high-powered Modifieds ($1,000/win), Factory Stocks ($500/win) and Limited Modifieds ($500/win). Plus, the night will wrap up with a feature event in the Beginner Factory Stocks.

And the best part for the race fans, is you can take in all of this action for just $15!

Many tracks charge a lot more for an event of this caliber, and we are pleased to offer it at that price to the great LSS fans. Pit passes are also being held at the regular price of $30. Kids ages 6-11 can take in the night of fun for just $5. Seniors and Active Military are $13.

Due to the June 12th rainout, TNT-Pick-a-Part (I-20, Exit 5 Greenwood, LA) has moved their Factory Stock sponsorship to the June 27th event, which means the winner will take home $500. After the races, a Factory Stock driver will be selected that will receive a TNT Hard Luck product certificate good for $200 in store credit for in-stock replacement parts for their Factory Stock - to help get them back 'on track.' And for those of you in the area, make sure to stop in to TNT this Saturday June 20th for their Grand Opening Celebration, featuring 50% off in-stock parts and free lunch! Click

Palm Harbor Homes is also excited to make their return to LoneStar Speedway with their huge mobile sales display, which will be located in the concourse area.
