Trust me........I know nothing about rules, but I can tell you that those are paperweights. Not like I have ever been affected by rules!

Muffler rules are up to the individual tracks. Typically, if there is a muffler rule, it will be for the Schoenfeld 112535 only and the muffler can not have the insides gutted out. ASCS does have a tool to check for muffler gutting. ASCS will do their best to let the racers know before each event whether or not a muffler rule will be in effect.

CZ will be here to correct me if I'm wrong but I believe neither I-90 or I-80 Speedways require mufflers.

I do remember at least 1 track that required mufflers but they didn't care what brand or type it was. They simply said "you must run mufflers".

Todd is correct. The ASCS rules state:

8. Mufflers: Mandatory, (unless otherwise stated). Schoenfeld part #112535. Loss of muffler will result in disqualification when mufflers are required.

Mufflers are not required at either I80 or I90. We will, as we have over the last (2) years, have the muffler info available for each event...CZ
