Current & former WC360 stars Ryan Bernal, D. J. Netto, Bud Kaeding and Danny Faria figured in the Kings of Thunder winged 360 main that followed. Bernal, Kaeding and Netto all led at various points. Bernal took off early, BK caught him and then had some evident power problem (his white #0) rolled to a stop just past turn 2) giving Netto the lead. But Bernal came back to close the deal at the end. Realtive newby (to wings) Faria plowed through about seven in front of him to finish seventh in the Shott #67v. Though Jace has been a regular with the KoT winged 360s, neither of the Vander Weerd brothers participated last night.
In the RaceSaver winged 305s, 16-year-old, 3-time main event winner (this year) Brooklyn Holland TTed 2nd, won her heat by the length of the straightaway and led the feature to lap 10, but was clearly not happy with her fucia and black #2 racer in the feature, staying low on a track with a definite high groove (NOT the BH way at all) until one of the Pombo boys went by as she spun in turn four. She passed four or five cars to get back to 7th, but that was it for the WRS305 "Queen of Kings."
