USMTS/NCRA Chisolm Trail Showdown Payout Revealed!
Park City, Kansas – October 22, 2017 - Officials with 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas as well as the United States Modified Touring Series are proud to announce the official payout and support division for the second annual “Chisolm Trail Showdown” presented by Park City scheduled for Thursday-Saturday night, November 2-4, 2017.
This will be the final 2017 event for both 81 Speedway and USMTS with both being two complete shows each night.
Thursday night will be open practice for drivers competing with either USMTS or National Championship Racing Association modified rules utilized and no mixing or matching of those rules. Gates will open at 5:00 PM with practice starting at 7:00 PM.
Then on Friday night, race action begins with a complete set of heat races, last chance and feature finale that will pay $2000 to win and $200 to start the twenty-four-car field.
On Saturday night another complete set of heat races, last chance and feature finale will be run with that night’s feature winner picking up $3000 and all drivers making the twenty-four-car feature $300.
There is a one-time entry fee of $100 for all modified drivers.
Also competing both nights will be B-mods with Friday night’s feature winner earning $600 and Saturday night’s feature picking up $700. There will be a one-time entry fee of $50 for B-mod drivers.
Friday and Saturday night gates will open at 5:00 PM with race action slated for a 7:00 PM start time. Grandstand general admission both nights are $20 while kids ages 11 and under admitted into the grandstands for free. Pit passes are $35 each night.
