81 Speedway Hosts USAC Southwest Non-Wing Tour Friday Night!
 
 
Park City, Kansas – August 13, 2017 - Non-wing sprint car racing comes back to 81 Speedway with a vengeance this coming Friday night as the Park City, Kansas facility plays host to the fifth annual “Freedom Classic” featuring the United States Auto Club Southwest Tour. Also on the race card will be event number five for the National Championship Racing Association crate late model division.
 
81 Speedway, one of only two tracks to host at least one event each of the past four seasons, will play host to such USAC SW tour stars as R.J. Johnson, Charles Davis, Mike Martin, Shon Deskins, Stevie Sussex, Ty Mihocko, Chad Boesflug, Dennis Gile, and Chris Bonneau. Martin won the 2014 and 2015 events at 81 Speedway while Johnson claimed the inaugural visit back in 2013. Rain washed out last years version.
 
The special Friday night of racing at 81 Speedway will see gates open at 5:00 PM with race time set for a 7:30 PM start time. Grandstand general admission will be $15 for adults while children eleven and under admitted into the grandstands for free. Pit passes are just $30 for adults, $15 for ages eleven and under. 81 Speedway is located North of Wichita on I-135 to exit 16, then 0.7 mile west on 77th Street in Park City.
