This is just a question to all crate late model teams. Trust me you are not going to offend me with comments. I personally think there is a lot of wrong information out there and a lot of that probably on purpose. Why would there not be 150 cars at a race paying this much money to crate late model teams? I really do not understand. Almost $80,000 in purse money all in one weekend. If you pre Register this year you get up to 4 pit passes for only $30. Thats not $30 a day, but $30 for both days.
I hear well its too far or bad location - Ok but its going to be far from someone regardless if where it is.
Need a new location and need to move it around - Do you really know another track that will pay crate late model teams $80,000 in purse money? Please let me know if you do.
Need a non qualifiers race: Most of the time when we did so that, 25 teams would be eligible and only 10 participated. hard to add another purse when you are paying $80,000 now.
$575 isn't enough start money - Well its $275 Friday and $575 Saturday. Thats $850. Supers get $1000 to start on tour. Thats with a $50,000 engine. This is $850 total for a $6000 engine. Do the math.
Have to add 50lbs for some other series seals. NOT TRUE. All series seals are legal in FT. If and only if, you have ANY after market parts then you add 50 lbs. Engines are teched accordingly.
Just thinking out loud guys. I would appreciate real replies because we want to make it work for you.
Thanks in advance!
