Just about race time 55 cars in the pits, good to see Sammy in the #3 hope he plans on running the whole month. Surprized NO POSSE CARS at all thought Deitrich,Starks and Mcfadden would be here.See Blaney in the 55 not sure if thats the Pa. car or not.
Also no Saldana in the 71 wonder if hes only All Star.

Look for 410 races outside of PA with Larson in attendance to be very low on posse
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

DD just ran 23 races in 32 days. I think he's allowed to have a break. As well as starks and McFadden just ran 9 races in 10 days, I'm thinking the car owners would like a break.

No surprise at all really. They just got done running 9 races in 10 days (it wasn't 10 for because of a rainout). The locals are resetting their gear and ramping up for the Outlaws coming into town next week. There are very few teams with the resources in to run out there like that and stay fresh.

Had my first visit to Attica this spring & thought it was a VERY racy track!

58 cars total. Saldana is not running the All Stars but has been at Wayne Co and Sharon in 71 so if he follows along to the I79 shootout with them that will be a good boost to the shows out there. Kemenah, Stambaugh, Helms, and TJ Michael were the 4 all stars in attendance last night.

Sounded like a great race at the end with Gravel coming up to get the win. 58 cars on a Tuesday night is mighty impressive. As an fyi for future reference, Dirtvision put something on twitter with a audio link to the woosprint.com page. It was a audio link that did not require login.
On a side note, and if any WoO people read this, I would gladly pay a nominal amount (say $10 to $15 a year) for a iphone dirtvision app that eliminated the need to type in login info everytime I access the page on my phone's internet browser. Would also just make it easier to access period.

A working app would be a great improvement for phones. I too would pay something.

Properly working apps (and well designed ones at that) can be a bit of $$$$ especially when talking about featuring a live audio function intergated into a fully functioning app with additional features. A responsive website (for both WoO and DirtVision) would work just as well and they may be able to build in a "stay logged in" function. A responsive website would also require less capital (people and money) and work off the same backend as their website, hosting, etc. Most companies go this route vs a "true app" unless you're a retailer, etc. who has a specific function for the app (example: Target). Then again KNIA / KRLS has an app for audio, but it's not a fully integrated app per se, just an audio function one so not as costly to develop.

Dietrich pulled the motor immediately after the Selinsgrove feature in the trailer. Possible head gasket issue and it was due to be refreshed anyways with big money shows coming to town. Will run Friday, possible Saturday and Sunday likely at SUsky.
Starks had it on his schedule to be at Eldora...wouldn't be surprised to see him.
Blaney and the 55 car are a PA based team. In past season it has had various drivers to include James McFadden, Dave Blaney, Todd Hestor etc. Will be in car throughout the week. New Maxim chassis and fresh motor.
McFadden has Eldora on schedule with Highlands 3 as of Sunday night.
May see Ryan Smith in the Coldren 07 at Eldora. However conflicting reports on if Esh is ready to come back
Hodnett obviously has been struggling, already announced they will be staying home to prepare.
Brock Zearfoss had announced earlier in season he'd run both Doty and Eldora. Plans have changed and they are focusing on Port Royal Track championship race. With Esh getting hurt and others opting to go between Lincoln and Port...they have a legit shot there this season.
Depending on equipment and such, you may see Tyler Walker in the 35 at Eldora. Along with Speedweek, that deal was to originally include multiple bigger shows as well.

Wondering about SIlver Cup at Lernerville next Tuesday (7/18). I know DD will be there in Buch 13, Dale in the Zemco and I believe it's on McFadden's schedule. NOT on Starks, Zearfoss or Ryan Smith's schedule. Wonder if Ryan will show up, he's run pretty good at Lernerville. Hodnett usually comes over for the race but who knows what's going on there. I expect them to be there. Lucas Wolfe should be at Silver Cup too. Aaron Ott came last year but blew up in TT if I remember. Logan Wagner should show up as he runs really well at Lernerville.
Silver Cup is $1,200 to start so wonder if a few more guys from Central PA will make trip over (Dylan Cisney won a feature at Lville earlier this year).
....and I guess I sort of jacked this thread...sorry

Reminds me of "if you can't run with the big dogs, stay at the Port".
Well, the dogs are big enough 'at the Port' and they eat plenty right there in a 50 mile radius of Harriburg. While it would be nice to travel, they just eat more out on the road- lots more - and it's hard enough to keep them in food right here in the backyard

With the support this race recieves from the fans and teams, you would think they would pay more than a normal WOO purse. C'mon Attica, get with the program. It's for Doty and it's the "month of money". Hell the unsanctioned Grove speedweek show pays 10G.
