Saw on another page their plans for 2017 looks like a pretty good mix of the bigger races, just wish Donnie would bury the hatchet with Selinsgrove the old promoters are long gone and Lance always did well there.
Good to see Winged Nations back this week ,since Gators went pay per read we are missing alot of the lastest news I may join but during the season the results are usually easy to get. (Will miss Sprintcar Unlimited though)
Hope we soon get the word on Stevie,Dollansky.and some of the others listed as looking for a ride on I B Racing.

I see there is a huge gap between the time the Knoxville Nationals is scheduled to run. Maybe leaving their options open? Hell if they run even 1/2 as well as they did last year they would be doing pretty good.

I think they would have run Top 10 at Knoxville last year
Hope they give it a try...

Lance has always run well at Knoxville so I totally agree. Hell you never know, if he gets a few breaks, he could even win the thing. How cool would that be?

Come to think of it, he's every bit as good as Jason Johnson...

Kassidy commented on Twitter that she asked her dad about Nats and he said "no" for again this year. Who knows if more funding or if they continue to have excellent results early on, but as of right now looks like a "No" for Knoxville.

As a fan, I'm disappointed I don't get to see Lance.
Looking at the team, I totally understand why they wouldn't make the trip. Davey Brown (Crew Chief) is in his mid 80's. I'm sure 16-17 hours in a vehicle is not his idea of a fun trip. Donnie himself probably doesn't look at hte Nationals and think "fun". Seems there team has been focused on having "fun" as opposed to "business". outside of maybe 10 cars that have ZERO shot at even the C Main (and Jason Sides who looks at every event as "fun", Knoxville is all business from the racing standpoint unless you're there as a fan.

That all makes perfect sense....
But it would be fun to win! They won almost half the races they entered last year
Davey Brown could fly.....
