The May 6th 81 Speedway World of Outlaw sprint car tickets will go on sale within the next couple of weeks and in time for stocking stuffers. All pit passes will be $40; a pit pass and advanced reserved seats are $40 while general admission tickets will be $37. SLS will be handling this and I will get you the solid information as soon as I get it. There will be one support division, probably modifieds.
April 14-15, 2017 will see all four NCRA divisions in competition at 81 Speedway.
There will be no huge $10,000 to win USMTS show at 81 Speedway in April but USMTS will close out their 2017 season November 2-4, 2017 for the second annual Chisholm Trail Showdown. This race will pay $5000 to win.
The USAC Freedom Tour will be back in 2017, minus Dodge City. They are working on a Wednesday night, August 16th show in Amarillo, then Creek County on August 17th, 81 Speedway on Friday the 18th and possibly Lawton Speedway the 19th. There is an auxiliary plan if Amarillo doesn't do the Wednesday night show that will see two straight nights at 81 Speedway.
Salina (Kansas) Speedway will again host the NCRA Final Four on October 7.
Strong indications are Mid-America Speedway in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma will host a $10,000 to win USMTS show in March. Springfield Raceway and Humboldt Speedway will also host USMTS shows in March.
That is all the tidbits at this time.
