Ken Wagner (Wags) reports that "Showtime" Danny Sheridan is out of a ride with Kittle Motorsports. According to Wagner, the team has parked the sprint car for the season. Reason - lack of sponsorship. Sheridan is looking for a ride for 2010. Hope this changes and we see the Kittle team back in action.

Can anyone confirm this? I really don't want to pay on a bet that I made for Showtime to grab the Championship this year. A little late in the game to look for a ride now. Anyone know of anything in the works if this is true? Team mate to Garrett in the Priestly cars?

The only confirmation comes from Ken Wagner @ www.wagtimes.com. Doubt Hansen and Sheridan will be teamates... lol

Last I saw Jake Argo was in that car... What a damn shame..... Lots of Great Drivers out there who are Real Fast..... With no car to run..... This economy is really Letting a lot of people down, including us... That's not to mention all the Great Car owners out there who are working their a$$es off to make the whole schedule, heck I almost sold my butthole to the devil the other day.... for a front axle..... Go figure......

Danny puts on a great show. If I remember right he did go through a lot of equipment at the end of last season. I hope he gets in a good ride this season. He adds a lot of excitement to the show. Can't wait for the 27th.

i heard some talk that alot of 410 owners are thinkin about investing in a 360 Motor and running with the VRA
for the simple fact of its a hell of a lot cheaper (tire lasts longer, no long distance tracks, no darn USAC fees, no radios) and its some of the best racing action you'll see anywhere

am I blind ?I don't see anything at wags about Kittle not racin this season,but then again I could have missed it.

Rob, click on the blue colored "whats new" and it will take you to another page that shows latest "wagtimes or something like that" and just click and his column will appear. Its there at the bottom of the page. Lots of good photos also from the Chili Bowl. Most of his column is about the Chili Bowl, but at the bottom there is the info on Sheridan.

Well that is truly a bummer. The Kittle team is a great bunch. I hope something surfaces for them to at least race a few events this year.

The Kittle team has always been so hospitable....heck, they even bought my wife and I breakfast at our local Waffle House one year. Gonna be sad to see the baby blue beauty side-lined. Well hell, maybe that will give Gaunt a chance this year. I will certainly miss Danny and the Kittles coming out here to race a few times this year. Regards, Rob
