With the season winding down is there any rumors on any drivers losing rides, changing teams, or the like?
I havent heard anything lately about the All-Stars/High Limit merger so not so sure about that anymore.
What's the latest dirt?

I really haven't heard any concrete news with the purchase of the All Stars, however I think we'll see an official release around PRI, and then see some drivers swapping series.
What happens to TSR and Donny
Does Larson start KLR back up
Day has at least another year of high school?
Does Rico finally jump to a full time series?
Randall and Williamson need to jump to 410's full time
Does Roth continue to run (2) cars, for another full year?
What USAC driver will jump to wings this year?
How long will Jade stay in dirt?
Taylor's already moonlighting on pavement?
What local tracks will increase their purse to entice the drivers to race locally, and run a "True Outlaw" type of schedule?

Mike Hess, WoO race director left the WoO and rumors are he was at the High Limit Lernerville show. If the rumors are true that High Limit buys/merges with the All Stars, he could be going there.

Word on the street is that Brad Sweet will not be with the Outlaws in 2024 and he is activly engaging other Platinum members to defect with him.

Listening to the Dale Jr download sounds like Sweet wants to take a step back from driving and focus on the Series and Silver Dollar.

I haven't heard any driver/team signing/firing rumblings. However, I heard:
1. Cooper tires is going to sign an exclusive deal with all sprint car racing series. That way, everyone can complain about Coopers, and demand the right to run Hoosiers and Goodyears again.
2. Port Royal is sick of great races and full crowds. They have fired Razr Steve and hired Strawser for track prep
3. Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson suspended Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson so they will no longer be able to hurt everyone's feelings by running sprint car races in their own series. (this is just unacceptable)
4. The All Stars will finally be successful in shutting down the WoO. Even though they will offer no national exposure and will not force teams to sign a contract, large corporations will continue to fund teams with millions of dollars to run around Ohio and PA for the summer.
5. Danny Dietrich, Freddy Rahmer, Lance Dewease, and ...........................nevermind, who cares.
6. Kyle Larson, Donny Schatz, Rico Abreu, etc, will get no credit for their incredible talents. It will all be because of the guys wrenching on their cars.
7. Donny Schatz will get a year older. I have done a lot of research on this. It turns out that every living person gets slower as they age at pretty much everything they do. I anticipate a lot of questions about why he is slowing down. I'll give you my prediction that he will be 47 by the end of the 2024 season. We'll see if I'm correct.
8. Sprint car racing appears that it will continue to be expensive for 2024. We should put all of our resources into figuring out a way that someone with no budget can be competitive against multi-million dollar teams with the best equipment, crews and drivers. It's really not fair that Kyle Larson starts on the front row and the average hobby racer has to start in the place they qualified for--------21st.
9. All races will be full invert. And I mean full. Those who qualify for the A-main will be started in reverse order in the LCQ. Those who wrecked during their heats will get the front 2 rows of the feature. That way, all of us hillbilly jack-wagons don't have to complain about someone actually earning and deserving something.
And 10. Flo and DV will continue to wreck our sport by providing us with a means to watch a sprint car race, or follow a series that is outside of the range for us to travel, further increasing exposure to our sport. Bastards.
No need to post anything in 2024. I've covered every single topic.

LOL @ #5
I expect to see some major changes next season, including personnel.
In your opinion what would entice a driver to switch? What dollar amount

As of yesterday there has been no agreement of the HL Series purchasing the All-Stars. Could this happen over the winter? Sure. But as of right now nothing is eminent.
The only thing I can see in your questions is I think the next USAC driver to jump to a winged car is....Logan Seavey! He has ran a couple races in a winged sprint car this year and did pretty well. There is more money in winged sprint car racing so I can see a team giving him a ride. Now, will it be with a series or a full time ride that remains to be seen.

I sure hope that he is successful. The World of Non-Outlaws needs to allow their drivers to be actual outlaws or they need to be challenged by Brad and his crew.

Every time Sweet is interviewed he says Hi to his wife and child who are 90% of the time back home watching. Backing off from the full time grind and staying closer to home would not surprise me and it's noble
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

I like number 9 in egras comment but it needs a tweak. Flip a coin each race to decide what direction to run, heads clockwise, tails counter clockwise. Now that would be interesting.

Number 7 will come true to every driver. Rico and Larson are the best non outlaws and Brad could easily run a different schedule due to family which is the most important thing in life next to health friends and memories. Money means nothing without the previous!

Glad I could make a few people laugh----------------social media has made the constant complaining, on every subject, get really old! No, not everything has to make us happy. Yes, we are allowed to disagree with something that took place. However, you can't get on social media without a dozen different complaints about every single race, and everyone piles on like a bunch of rabid dogs.
I just wanted to make a good laugh. Happy it worked!

I'm wondering if Pittman is gonna be the new 69K driver on a more permanent basis...
Didn't he spend at least one season driving in Pa.?

2-3. Had success in the Heffner car. If I remember right, 2011 was a good year, 2012 not as good - did win the last race at The Grove when they raced one more after the Open - kind of a consolation for a mediocre year.
Then left for the Outlaws and abruptly made up for a mediocre 2012

He also ran the Postupack 25 and Keen 17 in PA prior to that.
