Name the sprint car teams that split out of nowhere comparable to the 39M - driver, equipment, recent success/record
Bob Weikert surely gets consideration. But Weikert 29 splits were either after short terms - often very short, or when their best days were behind them.
Bonus 1 - Can include teams that ran out of money if you want.
Bonus 2 - Name the cars/teams available that are the caliber of the 39M - equipment, schedule, mojo of the complete package car, driver, crew chief(S)
CJB , Heffner definitely don't make the list - good stuff, good drivers, but only relative glimpses of mojo
Nick Macri - the second coming of Bob Weikert ? I don't know, but there are similarities. Jus sayin.

Jack Hewitt/ Bob Hampshire split on the literal eve of the Kings Royal 1988. Correct me on the year if I'm wrong, but it was when Hewitt was in his prime.

The most famous driver/owner split in sprint car history is surely the Sammy/FedEx #91 split before the finals of the Nationals, right?
That was well before my time, but my old racing friends have told me stories about how they kept saying over the PA system "Sammy Swindell, please report to your car."

Reading Wolfgang's book recently he had some crazy splits with Stanton and others back in the 70s and 80s and of course Mark and Karl Kinser just dropped off the WoO tour never to return in 2004, but this is crazy giving it was on the eve of the biggest show in history.

Sammy also quit the Hamilton 77 the only night he drove it after his heat race at the WG National Open. Dewease jumped in it and came from the back of the C to make the A main.

The biggest split in my opinion was when steve and karl seperated. Yea it was for a shot as nascrap, but that Bernstein deal was never a quality ride. Karl and Steve towards the end wasn't the best of times between the 2. Those 2 together, unstoppable.
The 15 team had the same mojo, if Ricky Warner had not gotten sick, they would still be winning championships.

I can't come up with a specific example for either, but with the number of changes these guys have been a part of, I would think either Danny Lasoski or Dennis Roth would be in the discussion.

The big one that comes to mind for me was the Keneric racing team shutting down the day after the Nationals
