Hey all,
In the past I had some success posting here to find a few new good members for an iRacing league that has been racing sprints and dirt racing since 2017. OTL Racing League is comprised mostly of drivers, and people involved in real world racing. We primarily race during the off-season as most everyone is obviously busy with real racing during the spring and summer months. Our league begins in November and runs through mid-March. We race on Tuesday nights with two classes (360 Sprints and Big Block Modifieds) utilizing fixed setups.
Some of the drivers who race in the series are drivers who are supported by OTL Racing including Ohio UMP Modified drivers Seth and Dalton Chaney (as well as their brother and former driver Trevor Chaney), North Dakota wingless sprint car driver Zach Hultstrand, and West Coast outlaw kart driver Skyler Caster. In addition to those drivers a number of other real world drivers participate in the league on a weekly basis including wingless sprint drivers Steven Drevicki, and Bruce Buckwalter as well as 305 driver Ian Detweiler and Super Late Model standouts Kyle Hardy and Tyler Horst. Other former winners in the league include Cap Henry, Max Stambaugh, Kyle Keen, Brett Michalski and more.
The league has a fun atmosphere and nobody takes it too seriously but we also focus our recruiting on people who will be active and who race with respect and who are clean. We don't generally recruit from the overall pool of iRacing drivers and instead prefer to stick with people who are involved in racing or are real world, die hard fans of racing.
