Drove the car below the past number of years. Drove a lot around the Ohio area the past few years and has traveled a little bit more the past year or so. Won an All Star Race in 2018 at Attica and a couple of ther races throughout Ohio.

He's gotta be bringing a bag full of cash. Schaffer by all accounts was out there. Guess there happy running mid pack.

Cale will turn some heads. He's done very well in decent equipment but being in the trone car is a big step up. I do think that he will have some trouble adapting to Williams Grove (as does everyone) but he should be a top 5 car out of the gate at Lincoln. He's good shoe and have seen so firsthand.

There's no doubt he's bringing cash, whether it's family money or sponsorship money or a bit of both, their bringing it ...$!$ Just like Kofoid to the 11N. It's the nature of the beast these days. Very few drivers left, if any, that just show up with their seat and gear ....

Top 5 out of the gate at Lincoln, I doubt that.

Cale might have a couple hundred in his wallet when he leaves home. Our family sponsors might assist here and there and we will be grateful if they do. He has overcome a lot medically so he has already won. The opportunity to race in PA against some of the best, to develop him as a driver and as a person is a dream that Mr. Trone is making come true. I’m sure he will struggle everyone does, but he is very determined to be the best he can be. Listen to his open red if you have a chance.

I'm rooting for him. Maybe I run in different circles but all my fellow posse fan friends thought that Mr. Trone made a great choice and I agree. He's turned some heads and Mr. Trone saw the potential there. I'm looking forward to seeing him wheel the 39. If I had to bet, I think he's going to do really well. Our tracks (especially Williams Grove) are weird so of course he'll have the usual growing pains especially considering that he's simultaneously going to be getting used to driving for a new team but I'll bet he surprises some people. As far as whether or not he's bringing money, that's no one's business and I personally don't give a shit. That's between him and the boss and whatever deal they worked out obviously works for their common goals. Money well spent as far as I'm concerned because he's proven himself as a worthwhile investment for someone looking to put some support behind a young, up and coming talent. Best of luck to Cale and the Trone team.

I agree with FiXXXer. Give Cale Thomas a chance. Why is it here in Posse Country that it seems that everyone assumes we have the best drivers and cars and mechanics, so when someboby new comes into the area statements are made about the new guy being inferior or incapable of fitting in here? I don't get it nor do I think it is warranted. Plus it is bad sportsmanship. But most people today have no idea what that even is in competition sports.

I don't know why so many of our fans think that way but you'd think they'd have learned their lesson a long time ago. Drivers coming in from outside the area and winning is nothing new. Bobby Davis Jr. came here for one season when he was still just a kid and set the world on fire. Not to mention, one of our all time greats came here after struggling on the WoO tour & carved out a whole new career that landed him in the Hall of Fame. His name was Greg Hodnett. That's just 2 of the best examples. Smith Sr., Allen, Opperman, May, Weld, Wolfgang etc....Central PA's record books are full of transplants who came here and kicked ass. In fact, Central PA wouldn't be what it is today if not for those guys. Give the kid a chance.

Met Cale a few years ago at Atomic, my son drew for him for the dash for one of the weekly shows (sorry for the crappy draw, got him a 5 I think) and he was very kind to my son. We have talked to him a couple times in the pits after shows and he is a very nice, polite, respectful person. We were fortunate to see his first win at Attica back in 2017 I believe & his first All Star win a year later. I also think I was there when he got into a pretty bad wreck that ended up giving him a bad concussion? You guys do a lot with a small budget. Great to see you guys travel a little more the past couple of years and develop him.
