Great show tonite and worth the coin, very surprised with the track, they did well.  I would still like to see them hire out some track guys to come in after the first night, work all night and bring the track back to the original shape.

The Posse got pounded badly, reality sets in wihen you travel and to be honest this was totally expected, unless you were a Posse Cheerleader and your crying badly, broken hearted, c'est la vie....

Cubic, please don't call Tim Posse, don't insult hm, he's achampion again and not from anywhere near Central Pa and we all know this, on top of that he won in a Triple X chasis, that must hurt even more....

It was nice to see Lance win the last chance race, I'm not sure there is a classier or nicer racer in the sport, big props to him and the 69K team......

As I remember Tim Schaffer lives near Lernerville Speedway that is in Western PA and not party of Posse country. Pretty sure it is equivilant to our racers racing in either Northern or Southern California.

I just got back from a great Sprint Car Challenge race at Petaluma Speedway in beautiful Northern California where Willie Croft passed Tim Kaeding on the last lap for the win!

Looking forward to the new Golden State King of the
West series schedule!

I guess DD didn't finish 6th. Unless that's getting pounded, lol. Dewease won the NQ race.....pounded as well. Alot of people got "pounded" but they get glossed over so some can do some Posse bashing. I'm not a Posse drum beater, though I live in central Pa. My driver is from Tennessee so.........

Sorry...I'm gonna agree with MSPN on this one.  If the Outlaws can roll into PA and get spots 3-5 and get "pounded" by the two Posse in P1 and P2, then no one in the top 5 is getting pounded.

This will at least put a stop to those that think the 69k can just roll into Knoxville and beat Schatz.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the other hand, watch out for that 87 in August.  He was bad ass last August and does not appear to be slowing.

No it doesn’t. Two different race tracks, and 69k will get more track time at Knoxville.

Pretty good show. All Saturday qualifying came from first or second row. Mostly first. Guys deeper in field not much chance. Could have really worked the track on Saturday. Not much better racong than elsewhere and alot of follow the leader heats. Not sure of the format but to have to watch another night of time trials would have sucked. One big improvement would be better track prep or a crew with better lnowledge. Took way to long friday after small amont of rain to get track ready. Facilities are very nice, reasonable food prices, and with a few changes our gang would go back.

I don't think any sane, reasonable PA fan really thinks he'd just roll into Knoxville and win.

Nobody ever claimed Dream Team could "just roll into Knoxville and beat Schatz"

We thought they had a fighting chance, & I still think so...

Tim Shaffer lives 7 miles from East Liverpool Ohio and has nice Kart track on his property... He's one of the top guys, but call him whatever you like, even if he lives 3 hours plus from Lincoln...

Myself cannot imagine the hard work and dedication put in for this race. The cards were not at all in favor but the entire Staff at Mansfield pulled it through with a hell of a show. Thanks so much for one of the best weekends of racing I have seen from east coast to the west coast and the many tracks Ive attended in between!

Been a year or two since I've been here, but I'm certain this is no racing message board on the planet filled with nobodies behind screen names that will talk shit on the people that entertain them more than hoseheads best.  It should be embarassing, but somehow it's not.

You clearly have never seen the 4m late model board...
