I'm doing 10 laps driving a sprint car with the Kenny Wallace Dirt Racing Experience. Any advice you can give would be appreciated.

Is that the St. Croix Speedway in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin?  I thought they were closed this year.  If that's the place you're talking about my advice is be careful coming out of turn two.  Ryan Bowers went out of the park back there and made the nightly news.  The place is 5 minutes from our family lake home so I was disappointed that it didn't open.

Yes.  KWDE has leased the facility for July 15 and July 16.  It is closed, but still for sale.

Thanks Stan.  I will keep that in mind!  I can't wait to experience it.

Turn Left.......sorry, had to.

I'm sure it's a 305 engine that is restricted even further so no chance of launching out of the park as Stan mentioned...haha.

I think so.  They state it is about 375HP.

I raced at St. Croix many times in a 360 sprint. I also flipped over the turn two wall in May 2015. It's a fun track. Honestly the only advice is have fun. 10 laps in a sprint car goes fast regardless of the horsepower. Stay in the middle of the track to avoid the wall. Not sure what track condiditons will be like. People can tell you all kinds of things but you'll forget all of it once you're pushed off and idling around the track. I am retired now and miss driving so much.

Best advice for how to drive a sprint car is this quote from Steve Buckwalter to a micro sprint kid a long time ago: "Mash the gas and keep it off the fence ".
