I was just curious if anyone knew any of the drivers that will be racing tonight at Millstream Speedway. Is it generally going to be most of the ASCoC with a few of the OVSCA guys as well. I was hoping the field would be as good as the two previous races Millstream had this year featuring the ASCoC. I know it's non sanctioned so I wasn't sure who would attend. It being so late in the season I was hoping they would get some random drivers who just wanted to race once more before the end of the year. If anyone has any information on who might or might not be there this evening that would be greatly appreciated.

Clauson and Madsen are coming. My guess is around 25 410's in the pits

The only other two that I saw for sure are Caleb Helms and Chad Kemenah. I've always heard rumors that Hunter racing was considering bringing a second car but I'm not sure who would be the driver. I know that Kenny Jacobs drove a second car for them a few nights this year at Ohio Sprint Speedweek but I thought that was just a two or three race deal.

No reason at all that they could not of had 25 to 30 sprints. There were 42 at Eldora last night & at least 3 {without seeing all who is there} that wasn't. Thanks to Madsen, Clauson, Forlar (sp). & the fella from Michigan for showing up.

This kind of car count is exactly what killed Millstream back in the day.

Ended up getting the Granddaughter today so I couldn't go.

That's really disappointing to hear. Just curious does anyone know what the final car count was. I agree I thought it would be a good field piggybacking off of the Eldora event. Also, since it's essentially the last event aside from the World Finals in Charlotte I thought the field numbers would ok just based on people wanting to race one last time. I know that the winner's share was only $3,000 but since they were within an hour the night before I didn't see that as a big deterrent. I've been to all of the ASCoC races at Millstream this year and they were pretty good aside from some poor weather. I really like the track and the size of the track and I hope it does well because I don't want to see it close again.

According to twitter there were 18 410's.

Most of the OH local teams have already shut down for the year and being on a Sunday I think many teams called it a weekend after Eldora. Heck the car count would have even be less if a couple of travelers did not show up along with 3-4 guys who were not even at Eldora. Hopefully they had a good crowd as they did have a full field of late models.

look forward to seeing what the Millstream schedule looks like in 2016.

Greg Wilson not showing cause he didn't like the payout kinda let his fans down being all his backing is coming out of Findlay. His sponsors sure would of liked their names on the car shown in front of the home town! Had a driver from Australia racing and Wilson couldn't make the 5 mile tow?

mdr,

I check the Ohio drivers websites weekly and Wilson was one the few sprint car drivers to post a schedule.  His came out around March and he stuck to it except he went to the iron man instead of the 360 nationals and he did not race last Sunday's Freedom 40 rain date.  The Millstream race was never on the schedule.

Explain that to the kids and fans who attended to see their favorite driver.
