Open Wheel Fest featuring Nebraska 360's vs MSTS Sprints
Jefferson, SD-On the heels of a successful Iron Cup, Park Jefferson Speedway will present the Ideal Wheels Open Wheel Fest, featuring the Nebraska 360 Sprints vs. Midwest Sprint Touring Series (MSTS), A Mods, Sport Mods and Nebraska Modified Lites. “They always say that the third time is the charm. We lost our first 2 challenge races to weather, so we are anxious to try and get this race in. There are so many great drivers from Sioux Falls and Lincoln and we are halfway between, so we expect a nice turnout” stated GM Greg Golden.
Thanks to our great sponsor Ideal Wheels, Park Jefferson is pleased to announce the winner will take home $1,700, including a $200 gift card to Speedway Motors. In addition, the Sign Masters A Modifieds, the Pedersen Machine Sport Modifieds and the Nebraska Modified Lites will be on hand. The sprint cars will have a host of contingency awards which total over $1,000.
Originally the 305 Racesaver Sprint Cars were on the schedule, however due to the rules regarding non sanctioned racing, they have been removed so that drivers don’t violate the IMCA motor rules. As a result, admission prices have been lowered to $17 for adults and $5 for children.
