Interesting. The Indy Race Parts Twitter says they'll have three cars. I'm guessing they'll keep Tyler Courtney in one of the 71 cars and move Kevin Swindell back to the other 71 car.

The Buch 13 and Indy Race Parts 13 are the same car I believe. It's a joint venture between Tom Buch and Bernie Stuebgen.

The Buch 13 will be driven by Jac and one of the 71's will be driven by Kevin, then as stated the other 71 car.
