China Girl - Perris should get some extra cars and/or drivers that had been back in the Midwest like Kruseman, Trimble, and maybe even RJ Johnson. But the 100 Plus temperature for the crews/teams may scare some of the teams on the fence about going to Perris.
Santa Maria, Bandits, and SCRA are not racing this weekend. So both Ventura and Perris should draw some extra cars. (Plus Ventura should draw from the VRA Senior Division).
Both tracks should have better than usual car counts. (If you like cooler weather, Ventura is your place, if you like to wear shorts and work on your tan, and watch 410s, than head on out to Perris). I am sure both places will provide what you are looking for that night.
It's a 3 day Holiday, with 2 great tracks having sprint car races, how can you not have fun with either choice.

I doubt you will see any SCRA or Bandit guys at Perris with the 2500.00 to win non wing show at Petaluma tomorrow.
