Moreover, what's wrong with this country?

If you look closely at the picture above, you will note that all the Marines pictured are bowing their heads. That's because they're praying.
This incident took place at a recent ceremony honoring the corps, and it has the ACLU up in arms. "These are federal employees," says Lucius Traveler, a spokesman for the ACLU, "on federal property and on federal time. For them to pray is clearly an establishment of religion, and we must nip this in the bud immediately."
When asked about the ACLU's charges, Colonel Jack Fessender, speaking for the Commandant of the Corps said, "F--k the ACLU. GOD Bless Our Warriors, Send the ACLU to France!"
Please send this to people you know so everyone will know how stupid the ACLU is Getting in trying to remove GOD from everything and every place in America . May God Bless America , One Nation Under GOD!

Absolutely nothing is wrong with the picture!

So, does that make it a Hate Crime every time a Marine kills a non-Christian?

You do know this is yet another one of those hoax E-Mail chain letters.

Visit any number of the E-Mail debunking websites for some insight.

Forwarded Chain Letters are the same sewage as Spam, in fact I think they are worse (like all the Non Racing stuff Dust Head posts after some of us got the same E-Mail like 2 years ago).

I hate getting ones from family and friends and they think, "Oh my, this has to be real or look at this messed up kid..." Run it through Snopes or Hoax-Slayer and get the story straight before you become another of the "Sheeple" that thinks every E-Mail they get is worth sharing.

Just trying to help...

I agree with you Michael, Dustbuster has turned this place into his personal joke forum! Although sometimes his stuff is funny, it doesn't belong on this forum. He is most likely like the relatives you mentioned. Way too much time on their hands. Smile

hoax or not the separation of church and state thing has gotten way out of hand. all it was intended to mean is no religious party can have political power in this country. that is it. the founders did not want any church or religion to have the power to govern this country. you can see why they thought that way by looking at some of the countries we are at odds with. i can not believe the constitutional lawyers have let things deteriorate to the point that uneducated people are trying to tell us what is and is not correct in this country. if history and the correct interpritation of constitutional law was taught in this country maybe less people would fall into the idiot void that has been created. the founders knew the importance that religion played in the formation of this country. they also knew the problems it could create if it were given any political power. we have separation of power between the branches of government in this country as well. but no one is saying that separation means total removal of one branch or another. the constitution does not say the "elimination" of church from state. and i say this as one of the most unreligious people around.

Michael 98A, wetntacky,

How dare you challenge one of the self-appointed keepers of the board. In the future, please obey the unwritten rules that have been established by the little clique of goofs that think they rule here:

1. They know everything.

2. They decide everything.

3. Bow to their greatness.

4. Never, ever, under any circumstance disagree with anything they say or any of their edicts.

5. Laugh at their lame jokes.

6. Kiss their arses.

7. Be greatful to be allowed in their presence.

8. Know your place.

9. Do not pay any attention to nobodies like Allan Holland or Jeff Rorberg.

10. Any questions, ask the MeSPiaNs who "own" this board.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

....Opperman forever!

Worthless and more worthless, Steve Hardin and Brucie baby better known as Opp fan. Actual sickos in real life, problem is, neither one has a life, truly pathetic and sadly humorous at the same time, so sad. Take It Easy.....

Aw - c'mon Duane - of your 1396 posts (currently as I type this - it's bound to increase a few today) it would be a safe bet that 3/4 or so of those posts are stuff you get jamming your email inbox and you dump them here...

I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes you would post more on topic about racing and less "humor" sp@m. After all this is a RACING forum... of course you are free to do whatever you wish... perhaps if the "humor" were racing related it would be more appropriate and on topic.

Sometimes it's the only lighter side stuff here. If you want this board to yourselves, keep bitching and moaning and we will be glad to leave.

Oh crap, I forgot to ask POSN for permission to post on his message board.

POSN, Repeating your same libelous lies over and over does not make them true. Everyone knows that you are full of it and full of yourself. You're the world's oldest rotten spoiled punk child! Grow up!

Lighten up brian... I was just making an observation. I find a lot of humorous original stuff on here that people write that they actually think up on there own instead of copying and pasting it from their inbox -- including your logic (or lack thereof) Smile BTW - I found your comment "At least he's not Posse" humorous.

However.... You, as well as Mr. Dust are free to do whatever you want (and yes I know you don't need my permission). Wanna leave this board? Go ahead - I won't miss you - there are lots of other Sprint Car fans here that want to talk racing. And please ... take Duane's advice and don't let the screen door hit ya where the good Lord split ya... Smile

Well good deal, only two years behind? I would have guessed longer. You and nodust can send me your personal email addresses and I will gladly send you all my "NEW" junk mail.

Maybe this post was intended to provoke thought, positive comment...way too much to expect for this forum.

You (and guys like you) crack me up! This great nation was founded by peoples seeking freedom from persecution from the Church of England, and religion used to play a part in all that was ours.

Take a moment to check in on the beloved American Civil Liberties Union, and see for yourself what it is they actually do.

We've removed prayer from school, we've tried to strike "In God We Trust" from monies, federal buildings... The separation of church and state was intended to prevent....well, Utah. For God's sake, the US Supreme Court is being petitioned to hear a case involving the offensive nature of the Pledge of Allegiance.

The next time you and your bleeding heart liberal pals want to post your mindless thought here, or any where else for that matter, take a few seconds to acknowledge the tens of thousands of brave souls who gave their lives so you could continue to do just that.

Race the car three races. If you don't like it , for
any reason, return it, without damage, and we'll
refund all your money, build you a new car, or better
yet, bring me someone else's design and I'll use that
to build your next ride!
