I'm sure the upstanding racing icon, Jean Lynch, couldn't get away fast enough from the clown that owns the All Stars.

There could be something that states the company cannot be sold to any entity that has no racing experience. Now it is being sold to a co-owner of the series....

Not sure about all the 'legal-eze" but at somepoint, someone will realize the All-Stars conglomorate is more valuable as a memory than a current organization. Maybe their figuring out how to purchase it a piece at a time until they can get the majority control and then make it go away.....?

Most likely Mr. Webb had not paid all the previous owners of the series.

This is very interesting. Jean Lynch was part of the All-Stars from square one. When Guy Webb bought the series supposedly he bought out all the Shareholders. However the shareholders never got paid according to very good sources. So if the shareholders have not been paid they obviously believe they still own their portion of the All-Stars. So with all the confusion why not get their money From whatever source possible. The question that will most likely go through the courts now is, does an original shareholder still legally own part of the All-Stars, or must the shareholders sue Guy Webb who owns the series, but also owes them their money.

What value could ASCoC shares possibly have at this point?

If Webb would remove himself. the allstar name would atomaticly gain back some value, A bad attitude and mouth can devalue your reputation fast! in this case his holdings. [the allstar name] New blood would bring back some value to the name. of course new blood would have to prove itself worthy of respect.

I was also wondering if maybe some of those shares have attachments to the All Star brand name. If certain shares had certain rights to the name would the ASCoC be able to carry on the brand if those shares that hold those rights are sold. The only value might be in the name, itself. Just thinking out loud.
