This is awesome!  There is something for everyone on this schedule...410 & 360 Sprint Cars, Winged and Traditional Sprint Cars, Late Models, Modifieds, Stocks, Go Karts, Junior Divisions...and even Sand Drags!  Glad to see that the Doug Fort Memorial, the Simkins Memorial, and The Nationals events will continue on, thanks to Mike Kappmeyer and his crew.

Are the "SM 360 sprints" wingers or wingless? . . . . . Not gonna take the time to do it (too freaking =cold= here near Nipomo), but a comparison of Santa Maria's and Ventura's track 360 sprint schedules may (or may not) suggest an ability to draw some traditional cars up (and back down) the Gaviota Grade. It's a hundred clicks, give or take. Will Troy (who's based in Ojai), Austin, Bruce, Kyle, Jonathan, et al invest in some diesel? Seems to me like that'll be necessary, because there aren't very many sprints of any sort in Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo counties, and the next closest real "bunch" of sprinters is about 150 miles away (over another grade) in the Hanford-Tulare area. . . . . . That said, the schedule suggests that the new promoter understands the value of the back gate.
