Nice !!! 3 Rahmer Promotions races at Path Valley this year. I'm hoping for Renegades, PA Speedweek , and a WoO race.

Been following this for a while, and I will have a story on this soon. Look for Renegades, Speed Week. World of Outlaws, that's a big reach. Path Valley doesn't seat enough people to handle the purse.

Excellent. Freddy's Speedweek race last year at Path was one of my favorites all summer...

The big positive is that the Renegades will bring more than 1 car!!!!!!

Hoping that they can get 7-10 cars to run the full tour.

Tentatvive teams that initially committed to the tour below

Greg Wilson, Chad Kemenah, Andrew Palker, Caleb Helms, Sheldon Haud(Seeling 97), Taylor Ferns, Cole Duncan, Travis Philo, Tim Shaffer, Brandon Wimmer, Randy Hannigan

Haha....whatever you say. You're the racing guru. LMAO. There was already an inquiry about having one.  I'm not saying there will/would be one, it's just a wish of mine and it had been talked about.

Not saying a World of Outlaws race would never happen, just don't see it. it's two fold. No. 1, Path Valley doesn't have the seating, even for a mid-week show. No. 2, the World of Outlaws are concerned about having too many races in the same region. Last year, Central Pa. had nine WoO shows. Don't be surprised if that number is cut back a tick next year: Like Lincoln losing its second show.

I understand what you mean by "over saturating an area" but I do have to ask this question?  If they can consistently put butts in the seats and all parties make money on the deal then why would you restrict?  I realize there is the potential to do well for the first year or two and then for the attendance to fall off due to lack of interest etc. I guess my question would be is that realistically a possibility here in central PA?  Maybe at the big 1/2 miles, but I can't imagine having an attendence problem at Lincoln or any other small track where there is a bunch of action.

I do agree with you on Path Valley not having in seating and such for a WOO show. While I like that little track as much as anybody I don't think the lighting is up to par for a WOO race and the seating deal speaks for itself.

I will say this in Fred's defense. If anybody could pull strings and get it done I would think it would be him so we will see.  It isn't a small task that is for sure.

No doubt, Fred has that ability. Can't even begin to argue that.

As for the over saturation, from talking to some World of Outlaws people its more about being proactive. And the Lincoln crowd the second time around this season wasn't as good as the first. Not saying it is definite, just wouldn't be surprised if there is only one date at the facility.

The Path Valley Speedweek show definately had enough people to pay the WoO reduced purse. So right there is the proof it holds enough people.

I'm curious how many people you think were there? No offense, but people have a tendency to overstate a crowd.

Gator It is the woo that is worried about the saturated issue ..... from the concern of Williamsgrove. seats are on the way for Path Valley as we speak, new clay also.  The real issue is that Pinkie gets 20% of earnings off top and that is a risk. That would be a little less to bite off if she would take that money and make some kind of improvments at her place but......

CrazyJoe - glad to hear they are adding seating and hope to get back there for more 410 shows

Path improvements are certainly a good thing...the logistics of parking / access roads to pull off a mid-week WoO show might prove to be a nightmare...unless of course you are there two days early, camping...and hammered.

Lincoln 1845 ft/.35 mile T1=118MPH
Eldora 2287 ft/.43mile T3=135MPH
Port 2716 ft/.51 mile T3=TBD
Grove 2792 ft/.53 mile T3=135MPH
Selinsgrove 2847 ft/.54 mile T1=136MPH

It seats enough.  They will just have to have a maximum weight rule on spectators of 140 lbs.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

That is what I said, WoO people I've talked to are worried about the saturated issue. And you are correct with the Williams grove factor, which is a consideration.

I would be shocked if there is a World of Outlaws show at Path Valley.

It doesn't matter what number I think was there. I was told there was enough to give it thought. This comment came from both sides of the equation.
