Ken “Wags” Wagner reaches a tough decision and retires from collecting racer $$$$!
It is with much regret that I announce my retirement in helping the low buck racers at every CRA race. That said, my 25 plus years in a quest to help them is done. I am retiring my Wagtimes efforts because it is time. It was an incredible ride and now I must say goodbye! My tough decision is due to a lot of important changes in my life, not the least of which is I don’t live near So Cal any more where my heart is, and will always be, with the CRA.
It was a joy doing all the Wags stuff over the years, and looking back, I couldn’t have done anything more satisfying in my life, other than being married to Mrs Wags for 40 years. I don’t know how it all started, but our success was due to the great many “helpers” along the way. Thank you to all who got involved in the over $615,000 of Wagsbucks that “WE” collected and handed out to the racers. The biggest thanks go to the Wagtimer’s whose support was unending! I am very proud of what we accomplished and will cherish my friendships forever. Thank you……………………… see you along the racing trail!
