Tony Stewart Racing’s Steve Kinser to Appear at Golf Cart Services Open House
‘King of the Outlaws’ and Bad Boy Buggies Team in New Oxford on July 17

INDIANAPOLIS (July 3, 2014) – Twenty-time World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series champion Steve Kinser will be a special guest at Golf Cart Services, Inc. (GCS) in New Oxford, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 11 – 1 p.m. as part of GCS’s first-ever Open House event. Kinser and his Tony Stewart Racing (TSR) team will be hand to meet fans, showcase the TSR No. 11 Bad Boy Buggies/J.D. Byrider/Chevrolet Performance Maxim and their team transporter.

Kinser will be in the area to compete at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown July 17 and at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg July 18 and 19. He is in the midst of the World of Outlaws “Salute to the King Tour” and his appearance at Lincoln will be his last as a full-time Outlaw. This season is Kinser’s final full tour after 36 seasons with “The Greatest Show on Dirt.”

“We always enjoy getting out to see the fans and anytime we can get them in a Bad Boy Buggies vehicle that’s a plus too,” said Kinser. “The amount of time we’ve had to spend with all the great fans this year has been incredible. We’re excited to be part of a first-ever Open House at Golf Cart Services and talking to people about racing and all their products too.”

The event is open to the public and will include the chance to check out GCS’s impressive inventory of carts and the opportunity to take a test drive on the property. There will be free food, refreshments, racing prize package giveaways, kid’s activities and Bill O’Brien from 98.5 The Peak! will be broadcasting live during the event.

“Everyone at Golf Cart Services is really excited to be hosting this kind of an event for the first time,” said Scott Gobrecht, owner of GCS, Inc. “We feel so fortunate to have Steve Kinser at our facility as we open our doors to the public. We’ve tried to plan a lot of fun things and give people the chance to not only see what we have in inventory, but to spend time with the greatest Sprint car driver of all time, meet his race team and see his racecar. It’s just a win-win deal for all of us.”

GCS is a dealer for EZ GO Carts, Bad Boy Buggies, Cushman Carts, and Custom Carts. For the past two seasons, Bad Boy Buggies has been the primary sponsor on the famous No. 11 Kinser’s been driving on the World of Outlaws tour the past two seasons.

GCS is located at 4926 York Road, just west of downtown New Oxford on Route 30.
