Normally the Knox. Nats are the stage for the big announcements....

Now some background....Same time last year $4.50

Today it dropped 32% of its value from yesterday, and is now almost only 1/10th of its price as compared to the same time last year.

Is it a great time to buy in for the believers..or is it now on life support ???

Yippee!

More financial analysis! Maybe you guys can weigh in on some other financial topics? Should the Fed raise or lower interest rates? What will be the long term effects of sub-prime lending on the economy? Perhaps CNBC might be interested in bringing some of you on as guests.

Oh, I would say that since investors think that our largest sanctioning body for our corner of motorsports is worth less than 1/2 what it was a week ago it should be of some concern to us as far as the future of the sport..

My investment advice would be to buy underwear and toilet paper stock. Items that most people use. Doesn't Warren Buffet own Fruit of the Loom?

What does the nationals have to do with Dirt Motorsports? I was under the impression the nationals where not sanctioned by them.

As to the subject of your topic. Hard to have any news when there is no racing and the "Circus" is not involved.

I guess since there is no racing they can not start a Donny is cheating or Joey is getting favoritism cause his car owner sucks or the Posse got lost on the way to Knoxville or ____ _____ ______ !!!

Who gives a RATS-ASS??? They are still racing aren't they??? You guys need to give this a rest! When or IF they do crash as you all think, then we will know for sure! You computer analysts have been posting this crap all year and the racing continues! Maybe you should help support the sport rather than knock it on these message boards!

Some people are only happy when they have something negetive to complain about. So much so they will even use a NON SANCTIONED event as an excuse to post their negetive stuff about Dirt Motorsports.

I just go to the races for the joy of watching good racing. I can't bother myself with some corperations financial problems, I just concern myself with my own finances.

I'd be willing to bet that if Dirt Motorsports were to go under there would be someone step up and form a national touring sanction to replace it.

Come on now...if you are a winged sprint fan, this is big news...bad news maybe but big news neverless.

As for it being non sanctioned.. I think that's irrelevant. It seems that every year at the Knoxville Nats. someone has an announcement of some sort.

This time last year...it was that OTC had signed on.....

Time for your heads to leave the sand, open your eyes, and support your local racers !

I will ask this question again for the people that know.

Did the NST ever formally release that they were finished ???

i think the current price is 10% of the original stock offering...those that bought in a $5 might want to clean out their underwear and use more toilet paper as the ride roughens.

To the die hard Posse fans BRR and Cobra, the Posse is still gonna get pounded again come Saturday and to make it worse if the sky does fall there will still be a dozen better racers in the country not currently racing on your porch. The more things change, the more they stay the same, get over it. If you are truly foolish enough to believe that the best racers in the country will all fold up their tents and retire so the Posse can actually lay some claim to something then you're retarted. If you think there are not people waiting in the wings for something bad to happen to the current group then you're kidding yourself some more. Have a great street stock carnival this weekend on the porch and props to all the Posse guys for making the tow to the annual biggest sprint car race of the year, once again UNSANCTIONED. Take It Easy.....

who said anything about "the racers" or "those awaiting in the wings"? the share prices have dipped to penny stock status...after tens of millions in operational shortfalls.

when the DIRTy tent folds, showing that Cobra and Hawker were right all along...as your "wing waiters" refuse to purchase the debt as was predicted years in advance. enjoy the crow.

choking on "retarted" once again...maybe the free canadian meds are placebos...~BURP~!

btw: the Posse cars towing to the rain mecca have nbeen struggling in PA for weeks...sthat's right, you are not allowed to attend races anymore, or you might actually KNOW who is running up front.

LOL, come on BRR you back on the pipe again, what nonsense. I've seen the Outlaws in three different States and two countries this year, something you haven't done in your entire life. You leave the porch once a year to go to the Kings Royal and you think you know something, lol, now that's funny. Heck, I get more info from PA racing than you do and likely know more about the porch happenings also and I've retired and could care less, sheesh! Now tell me again about these struggling Posse cars at the Nationals, huh? Next time you edit your post put a minimal effort into spellcheck, or are you so wasted today that you're also blind, lol? Little early for that stuff, isn't it? I'm curious about another reference to not allowed to go to the races, where's that misinformation comin' from, Take It Easy.....

PS Please don't forget about 2/3rds of the biggest NST supporters and proclaimers in this forum who also are named Hawker and Cobra, they along with you the other part of the worst trifecta bet in history. Please tell him the NST didn't formerly do ANYTHING and they in fact only existed in a few people's imagination (the above mentioned three) for the most part, nice try......

Huge Announcement

BRR and Cobra have taken advantage of the weather, and slipped across our northern border to legitimize their relationship!

I'm sure they're both headed SOUTH, so let's wish them well!!!

Nope the NST never said they were finished. They are just a little slow putting their 2007 schedule together.
