Congrats to Doug DeWall (car owner/DeWall 16) on being inducted into the Jackson Speedway Hall of Fame.

Doug is one of the few car owners who still builds his own engines, services his own rears, etc.  Incredibly smart; does a lot with a little.

Doug's 16 car also took the All Star win last night, with Travis Whitney behind the wheel. Awesome way to cap off the HOF festivities.

Again, congrats guys!

Congrats to the the DeWall team and to Travis. The DeWall tradition continues 6 decades later at Jackson Speedway from the days of Marv DeWall winning through the 50s 60s 70s & 80s and then also Gary DeWall winning through the years.  I really like the throw-back paint scheme on the #16.  I have some old pictures of Marv in the early 80's, this new car resembles the past.

Indeed he is a master craftsman and there are not to many of his caliber anymore. He will be a welcome addition to the Jackson Hall of Fame and an excellent ambassador to further the integrity of the hall of fame.
