It all depends on who you are I guess, most people even with a misdemeanor are not allowed to cross state lines...

Let's hope he can! If I was a car owner, i would be eager to sign this fine young man to my race team. Maybe we could set up an hour long meet and greet with the local children so he could sign autographs and be a role model! I hope we get to see a lot more of this guy! Hopefully, the judicial system will keep giving him more and more chances. That would be great!

I'd guess that if he makes an appearance in Ohio he'll definetly have a police escort, probably a couple dozen of them.
