It may not be Carlin, but it is definitely funny, and any candidate with something similar on his platform gets my vote, hands down....

Brilliant!! If only our country's leaders could figure this out. But we have to be nice to the illegals....don't hurt their feelings while they are waiving their Mexican flags.
