I just saw on ibracin that Keith is retiring after the season is over. Does anybody know if he will be at the Knoxville Nationals?

I hope so, but I doubt it.
I have wished he'd come out to Knoxville and race the last decade or more, but I don't think he (or his team) are interested in traveling and having racing be a "business", seems like it's a hobby for him now.

Yeah, I was really hoping he would tow out for the 50th Knoxville Nationals, I've missed watching him for the last several years. Would be a thrill to see him there this August, but definitely a long shot. Great career/Great guy!

As much as I knew this day was coming soon, I hate to see the 'Man from Mifflintown' leave the sport. But hey, the guy has raced competitvely much longer than most anyone could ever imagine and won a PA Speedweek race at Hagerstown last year at the age of 62.
I hope he can win a couple of more on this farewell tour. I'll sure appreciate every time he gets on the track this summer whether it's Port Royal and maybe even Williams Grove, Hagerstown, Selinsgrove, etc.

Great Father, Man and last but not least, Racer.
A textbook example of a genuine, human being.

Hagerstown is a magical place and KK is certainly a magician behind the wheel...If it was his last, I'm pretty proud to say it was on my home track...
Here's to a happy and healthy twenty thirteen...
Opinions may vary...
