I have had no luck or customer service with this pay per view. In feb. the charge on my visa was $29.00 for 3 nights USAC opening race and got 1 and a half nights coveage at best. I emailed them and they did respond wanting my pay pal acct. If they got the the money from visa they should be able to credit it back. Since then Ive had no response again. This after they posted they would refund for the lack of or rained out coverage!! BEWARE OF THIS PAY PER VIEW!! I really dont feel safe giving them my pay pal acct. with the past dealings with them!! Just a heads up!

I 'feel your pain' -- I didn't have any luck with my request in the 'customer is always right' department - despite having and presenting their representative with an email clearly showing otherwise.

Seems that they are more focused on immediate dollars in their pockets than making good on their mistakes and nurturing repeat customers' purchasing their product.

Timely customer service is not their strength nor apparently a concern of theirs .... and that's just my 'humble and educated opinion'. I've not been particularly impressed with their streaming video quality or 'customer service' and won't buy again.

Thanks for your response!! It makes me feel better I,m not the only one getting the shaft from 3WIDE video. I do hope people take note of this if they consider doing any business with these people!

You and I know that you got exactly what you paid for, one race, and that no one else was stupid enough to think they had free access for months for the price of one race except YOU!

Phil here thought he could brow beat someone into giving him something he knows he doesn't deserve or pay for, and now that it didn't work, he just keeps up his bad mouthing. What a piece of work you are Phil.

All I know about your deal is that Henry got in touch with you as I thought he would. For myself I'd ordered the Friday rain out race, and they gave me credit for the Saturday show in it's place; and all was well.

To answer your question, Phil.

Lucky you,,that video you posted was good stuff!! I will be patient and hope they make it right. I was just annoyed by the lack of response after several attempts. Maybe all will be fine and if so after watching that race you posted I would reconsider.

They seem to be good people and thay are getting better. Did you know that ScottDaloisio who posted this in responce to you is the track announcer at Perris?

"Hmmm. I saw the interviews, too. I also saw qualifying, the heats, semi and the A main and did not have any trouble with freezing up. Read some of your other posts and you mentioned having trouble with Dirt Vision and the Chili Bowl audio as well. I listened to most of the nights of the Chili Bowl (no problems) and have watched Dirt Vision (few problems), too without problems. Not trying to be offensive, but it sounds like the problem is on your end".

That's indeed not a true statement Kenny - If I had truly thought I hadn't paid for the race - I wouldn't have been trying to log in and view it... nor would I have contacted tech support trying to resolve the issue ... DUH! And what exactly do you think you can "prove" -- other than you're sticking your nose somewhere it doesn't belong....

Kenny - you are the one that's "a real piece of work" - but "work" is not exactly the word I'm thinking right now - but I'm sure you already know that since you're apparently psychic since you claim to know what I was thinking when I was trying to "get something for nothing"...

Did Scott one time work with the All Stars??? Maybe I,m thinking someone else? PR guy or something possibly?
